The villa El Puntal de Nieves is located in Nerja and impresses guests with its view of the sea. The 115 m² villa consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. There is a crib and a high chair available upon request.

The highlight of this accommodation is its private outdoor area with a pool, garden furniture, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Pros: The house was great and the owners were very accommodating; we arrived early and it wasn't a problem. Homegrown fresh fruit and veg were given to us by the owner's brother three times during the week which tasted fantastic. The house was very clean and pleasant but the outside space was outstanding. The views from the patio/veranda were stunning; sea in one direction and terraced hillsides to the other. It is a short walk to the beach and then only 20 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja. We would return to this house as we had a fantastic holiday. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing break.

Pros: We (2 family's sharing) have just returned from 2 weeks in property 11304. The villa is within a fruit farm surrounded by avocados, bananas, mangos, grapes, lemon, chilli, and mint (perfect for making mojitos) and aloe which was handy for treating sunburn, all growing in this and neighbouring fruit farms. The owner, Lola speaks v little english so be prepared with some Spanish! Her brother visited the farm daily and visited the villa to clean the pool out, emptied bins etc but no english. Access to the villa is via a long single track dirt track, taxi's will not take you here as nowhere to turn around so be prepared for a long walk. If you are planning to stay with young children a car is essential as the nearest shop (lidl) is couple miles walk and as we found extremely difficult with a pushchair due to being a gravelly dirt track, not to mention dangerous as no path and blind corners and hills. Access to beach is easier approx 20 min walk, again dirt track which taxi refused to drive down. The villa is very well equipped with everything you need. Lots of outdoor space so we spent hardly anytime inside the property. The pool looks small on the photo but was fine for for our group of 9, 5 of which were children and perfect for villa of this size. Pool was fenced off and we took red / green coloured signs with us so kids knew when they could and couldn't go in. The villa has no air conditioning and was described as being unnecessary as the house was cool. We went in August with 30' heat and in our opinion it definitely needs air con fitting. At night the property was too hot to sleep and if windows were left Open to cool down we were kept awake all night by the local dogs in surrounding farms constant barking. Ants were a problem especially in the kitchen and we had to hose down the patio every night to keep ants at bay. In summary great villa with everything you need, if planning a hol here in cooler months then you should be fine armed with Spanish and a car. Fantastic views of sea and mountains

Fantastisch!

Pros: Het zwembad en ruimte om het huis zijn fantastisch! Ook de keuken is goed compleet. De ligging is super, lekker rustig en mooi uitzicht! Super fijn geregeld ook met eigenaren. Ik zou zeker weer terug gaan. Cons: Er zijn maar 2 slaapkamers met airco, in de overige kamers was het erg warm.

Pros: merci bcp pour la villa 11304, c 'est la 2 éme fois que nous y séjournons et c'est avec grand plaisir que nous l'avons retrouvée en Avril, les propriétaires sont très attentionnés, tout et conforme, nous sommes au calme, les vues sont superbes, la piscine assez grande ( nous étions 8 en octobre, et nous y revenons en octobre 2012muchas gracias por la casa 11304 Es la 2 ème la vez que venimos en esta quinta, y c ' está siempre con tanto placer que encontramos(recobramos) la casa en ABRIL DE 12, y los propietarios muy atentos, todo está conforme con la descripción, estamos en la calma, las vistas son soberbias, la piscina bastante grande (éramos 8). Contemplamos otra estancia en octubre de 2012.

Disfrutamos de la casa bien equipada con cubiertos y todo de cocina casi nuevo. Aunque la playa mas cercana tiene piedra, hay muchas playas cerca a 15 min en coche y no hay problema. Estamos agradecidos a los dueños de esta casa y esperemos volver algun año más con toda la familia.

Heerlijke plekken om te zonnen, te lezen, kletsen of te dutten. Met elkaar, maar ook alleen als je wil. Het dakterras geeft een prachtig uitzicht. Zwembad zalig.De weg er naar toe doet je een beetje schrikken, maar ben gerust het komt helemaal goed ! Je hebt wel een auto nodig, want Nerja is toch verder dan we dachten ( 4 kilometer. Al bij al een aanrader. Zeker als je van tomaten houdt..... En voor de liefhebbers...paardrijden met Heidi van manege Hidalgo ( tel:63028623) is erg leuk.

También bbq les gusto muchísimo,tanto que hicieron vida en los dos porches que tiene y da la sombra jeje. Muy atentos,nos trajeron mangos de su huerto, riquísimos y nos recogían la basura, también la piscina fantástica y bien cuidada todas las mañanas,solo una pega sin importancia (muy honda,apenas se hace pie) Gracias Lola y familia por todo.
