Stay in a newly renovated luxury holiday villa in Nerja featuring breathtaking 180° panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea, surrounding mountains, and the town of Nerja. Located in the peaceful Punta Lara urbanization, just 300 meters from the beach and 2 km from the town centre, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom private pool villa offers an ideal balance of comfort, privacy, and convenience.



The villa includes a fully equipped, recently renovated high-end kitchen and an updated bathroom, along with bright and spacious interiors designed for relaxation. The open-plan living and dining area features seating for six, a comfortable sofa, and a smart TV with streaming services. Large sliding doors provide natural light and offer panoramic views from nearly every room, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.



Outside, a southeast-facing terrace with a private 4.5 x 4.5 m swimming pool provides a sun-filled space for outdoor living. Guests can enjoy a dining table for six, comfortable lounge seating, four sun loungers, two umbrellas, a charcoal BBQ, and an outdoor shower—ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean climate.



The villa comfortably accommodates up to six guests and is well-suited for families or couples. It features five air conditioning and heating units for year-round comfort. Parking is readily available at the property, and the centre of Nerja can be reached in approximately 25 minutes on foot via the beach or main road.

Pros: We have stayed in the villa 1 week with 3 children and we loved every minute. The villa is very comfortable and very well equipped. You have every thing you need there. Very bright, with a sea view from all windows, 3 bathrooms, great swimming pool, BBQ facilities and even a washing machine. Close to the beach and a short driving distance to attractions in the area (like the Nerja cave) so it is easy to combine the relaxation with also site seeing. We loved it! And for sure will return.

Pros: This is a lovely villa, really feels like home. Perfect for families with kids. The villa is equipped with three bedrooms, three bathrooms, very nice kitchen, WIFI, a great pool and a big living room... All is very well maintained and super clean. The design is prefect and it seems the owners invested a lot in the quality of the furniture and equipment. We loved the sea view, decorations and peaceful atmosphere. The kids loved the pool and the seashore. Great restaurant around. It was a great sunny vacation and I highly recommend the place, which was the highlight of our vacation in Spain.

You can’t put a price on the view

Pros: Although the home is warm and inviting, it’s the outdoor patio that’s truly spectacular. Decently equipped for a long term stay, with all the wonderful places to eat on Burriana Beach, I don’t imagine you’ll cook all that much. Cons: Would have been nice if the pool had been equipped with solar heating. A bit of a shame that one of the feature amenities couldn’t have been enjoyed more. My wife never even used it once in the 3 weeks

Pros: Sehr schöne Sicht aufs Meer, Nerja (in der Nacht schön) und die Hügel. Pool ist sehr schön mit Whirl-Pool-Effekt. Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist da. Cons: Handtücher waren nicht weich und dufteten nicht gut. Musste sie waschen. Küchenausstattung ist alles Ikea.

Pros: A breathtaking view of the mountains, Nerja and the beach, that you never get tired of. You even get to enjoy it while sitting by the pool and eating outside. The house itself was very welcoming and clean, everything we needed was at our disposal. It took us 5 to 10 minutes to get to the beach on foot and, if you feel like taking a little walk along the beach, you can be downtown within 20 minutes. I went with my girlfriend's family and there was more than enough room for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay in this property and we highly recommend it. Une vue imbattable sur Nerja, la mer et les montagnes. On ne peut pas s'en lasser. On pouvait même en profité pendant qu'on se baigné dans la piscine ou lorsqu'on mangé sur la terrasse. La maison est super jolie et confortable. Elle était vraiment propre et nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin à notre disposition. Ça nous prenait environ 10 minutes de marche pour allé à la plage ( ma copine a des petites jambes ;) ) et 20 minutes pour aller en centre ville par le bord de mer. Nous étions en famille et il y avait largement assez de place pour nous accueillir avec 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains. Une super expérience dans cette propriété que je recommande à tout le monde.

Pros: Vi var meget godt fornøyd med oppholdet i Punta Lara. For 3 personer var det svært god plass, og huset er velutstyrt og velholdt. Dette stedet anbefaler vi gjerne til andre, og vi reiser gjerne tilbake! Det eneste vi har å anmerke er at det var noen løse fliser på veggen bak bordet på kjøkkenet, og også på gulvet like foran komfyren. Men dette er nok enkelt å ordne.

Pros: Ett boende med fantastisk utsikt och stor och härlig terrass. Poolen började dock bli sliten, det lossnade kakelbitar och det fanns en del vassa ställen i poolen. Ett minus att det bara fanns två solsängar. Vid ankomsten fungerade inte ac i sovrummen men det åtgärdades under kommande dag och all kommunikation fungerade bra.
