Amazing repeat stay!

Fantastic holiday house

We loved the house and had two great weeks there in July. Pam was such a great host and very helpfull. The view is fantastic and the house very modern, clean and private. We would love to come back in the future!

Late Summer in the south of France

Beautiful house with a pool. Excellent property manager, easy to interact with. Be sure to rent a small car. Roads to/from property are very narrow. I would definitely recommend it. Great restaurants and beach clubs in the area.

Beautiful property

It is a beautiful property and we loved the location. Spacious rooms. Didn’t expect the extra charge needed for cleaning prior to leaving. Property manager Pam very pleasant. Driving is a bit of a challenge, but worth the view!

Beautiful house and view. Pam is very helpful and friendly. But, we only found out that there is an extra 200 Euro "End of stay cleaning" fee when checking out.

The pictures do not do justice. House big modern perfect has everything. Manager Pam amazing takes care of everything always available. It’s so good I don’t want to tell everyone before I book again.

Could not be bettered.

The whole experience of staying at Villa Lennard was superb. Pam was wonderful and immediately made us feel welcomed and relaxed. The house is exquisite with all the facilities you could possibly need. The views from the house are still etched in the memory! Would recommend with absolutely no hesitation.

Amazing house and wonderful holiday

We had an incredible stay at Villa Lennerd. The house is beautiful and has every amenity necessary. The pool and view are breathtaking. The house is modern and very well suited for a family stay with full kitchen, laundry facilities, linens/towels, and satellite television. Pam is overly accommodating and was available to answer any question we had regarding the house, activities, recommendations, etc. We will definitely come back !!! A+++++

Gorgeous Property and Stunning View!

The house is very modern and well-kept, with high quality finishes and furnishings. Full-height windows and sliding doors give the interior a sunny, open feel and frame dramatic views of Cap Ferrat and the surrounding area. Pam is a very gracious and patient host, and she provided us with a wealth of helpful information when checking in. We especially appreciated the well-stocked Intermarche a short distance from the house. Thank you for an exceptional visit, and we look forward to returning soon!!

Paradise on a Mountainside

Fabulous property for luxurious relaxation after a day of sightseeing from Monaco to Antibe. In gorgeous Ville Franche built into the mountainside of the Moyen Corniche with spectacular unique views of mountainside cities and the Mediterranean. We drove a rent-a-car through the curving mountain (of switch-backs and harrowing cliffs) for a few days, but were happier (and probably safer) when we changed to using UBER! The property is perfect for two couples. There is also an additional Studio apartment that can be rented on the property. It is a contemporary jewel, all bright white, with spectacular walls of glass that open completely to allow the sea breeze to flow through the building , in the midst of an antique setting created centuries ago! .

It was grateful, the villa is amazing and very comfortable situated to all significant places!!!

We had a holiday on this villa in September during 11 days. The villa is very clean, beautiful , comfortable and there are all necessary things what u need in everyday life. Three bedrooms , living room , kitchen, two bathrooms , washing machine, dry machine. All windows are opened and u can enjoy the amazing view on Vilfranche and Saint Jeanne Cap Ferrat . The only thing you need is a car and u have a possibility less then 10 min to get to all beaches ( eze - anjuna beach, Beaulieu-sur-Mer , Paloma beach at Cap ferrat , supermarket , restaurants, Monte Carlo , Nice . Pam is very kind and help you in everything what you need , her villa is perfect . I recommend it . Thanks for such comfortable staying at your villa .

Superb villa, but need to know...

Very nice villa with beautiful views. The impressive pictures you see on the site do not exaggerate how pretty the place is. The deck and the pool are large and sunny all day. Importantly, the air-conditioning is good. The kitchen has all you need and there is a TV with English and French channels. The villa is well situated 15 minutes from Nice, 15 minutes from Monaco and 7 minutes from Saint Jean Cap-Ferrat. Three things however should be noticed, which case us to drop one of the star rating: (1) The villa is on a line of site and a relatively close distance from the moyenne corniche, which make it noisy (motorcycles accellerating) (2) the three beds squeak every time you turn and some of us found their bed uncomfortable. (3) In our view the villa is not suitable to house young kids as there is an unprotected cliff not far from the pool. Please ask the property manager, who was very nice and helpful, about the last two points as they may have changed after the day of writing. All in all, we had a pleasant week at the villa.

Schon zum fünften Mal einfach grossartig…

Wir kommen gerne immer wieder. Tolle Villa, sehr schöne Lage und insbesondere mit Pam eine sehr nette und engagierte Gastgeberin vor Ort, die sich kümmert, wenn man Hilfe braucht. Das garantiert jedes Jahr einen entspannten Urlaub!

Die Unterkunft war wirklich erstklassig, waren 2019 schon einmal in dieser Villa. Wir haben an der Ausstattungwirklich nichts vermisst. Einziger (wirklich kleiner) Kritikpunkt, da die Markise etwas klein ist wäre ein 2. Sonnenschirm nicht schlecht. Auch die Betreuung von Pam Demacon war wieder vorbildlich und angenehm.
