This charming apartment in Santiago de los Caballeros offers everything you need for a family vacation or business trip. This beautiful and romantic place features the following layout: three bedrooms with large beds, the master bedroom of which includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and a walk-in closet;the second bedroom has air conditioning and the third has a ceiling fan; each has a closet and shares a common bathroom. Hot water and 24-hour electricity are available.
A spacious hallway leads to the living room, which includes a dining area for four plus a breakfast bar with two chairs;a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay—refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, blender, etc.—a maid’s room with a bathroom and shower, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.
Living room with cozy furniture, a shelf with a smart TV, a balcony with two comfortable sofas overlooking the parking lot, a children’s play area, and a pool with a terrace.

Didn't honor the reservation

I sent 3 messages to the manager stating i would arrive between 7-9 at night. I never received a response. When I arrived at the property there was no one to greet me. After making contact with the manager I was asked could I come back tomorrow because they had rented the apartment to someone else. The reason given is I didn't check in by 3pm.

That comment is unnecessary. My apartment is empty and since you saw that I didn't respond, you should have canceled my phone. It was stolen and last night I was able to get one. I'm not interested in giving my apartment to people like you. It's okay for me to think what I want. What I do tell you is that you should have canceled it since you didn't contact me and at that time it's not given to anyone. Perfect. It says that the check-in is at 3 in the afternoon.

Je me suis inscrit sur le site pour trouver un condos à louér à Santiago pis j’ai rentré les deux dattes arrivée et départ c’est par la que le site m a donné ce chaleureux condos que j’ai bien aimé

Nice apartment near airport

I had a very nice stay in this apartment it’s near the airport and easy to get to. It has security which is great and gives you peace of mind duty your stay. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

This property is a great place to stay. It's clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Santiago. I like that this property has security and is in really safe location. When I'm in Santiago I will stay here again.

2nd time here; Absolutely beautiful & BX doesn't lie

I came back that same week and booked more days here. The place is beautiful and they were so accommodating. My cousin gave him the keys the next day. Communication was always easy and quick. I will definitely be renting again and I will be bringing my kids.

Booked 4 2 days & returned for more days

I visit the DR often & stay with family, so this is my 1st using this service. They were extremely helpful. United changed my flight 4 x and I ended up having to leave on a different day with a 2 am arrival. They worked with me and allowed my cousin to view the apartment and they gave him the keys the day of my arrival. Everything was clean and in new condition. Amazing view, gated and air conditioning that worked so well, I was freezing. Lol I had originally booked for 2 days and ended up returning later that week for the rest of the trip..
