The villa sleeps 8 guests and has been furnished with taste and style making wide use of traditional elements and modern comforts. On the ground floor patio doors open out to the terraces/pool, there is a large lounge, dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, one twin and one double with an en-suite bathroom. A traditionally tiled staircase leads to an airy and spacious upper floor with beautiful beamed ceilings, a second lounge area, a bathroom and 2 further air-conditioned bedrooms, one double and one twin. Outside the villa is set in stunning grounds of beautifully kept gardens with lawn, shrubs, flowers and even a small pond with a fountain. The generously sized private swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and complemented by a pleasant Jacuzzi. A shaded terrace that wraps around the property is furnished with sofas and a dining table, ideal for meals al fresco cooked on the brick-built barbecue. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
