The villa features 4 bedrooms (3 with two single beds and 1 with a queen-size bed), accommodating up to 8 guests. There is a living room with a Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and microwave. You will also have Wi-Fi, a high chair for children, and hot/cold pumps in every room.

La Vinya del Beato 1950 has been owned by the same family since 1950. The villa is 1.5 km from Port de Pollença and 3 km from the town of Pollença, where you will find restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, and supermarkets. A local market takes place in Pollença on Sundays and in Port de Pollença on Wednesdays.



The beaches of Formentor, Cala Sant Vicenç, and Port de Pollença are less than a 10-minute drive away. Northern Mallorca is famous for the Serra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, ideal for hiking and excursions with breathtaking scenery.
