気になった点 : チェックイン、コミュニケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
Disgusting
This holiday was absolutely disgusting. We arrived on the Monday - a few minor issues with Wi-Fi and TV not working but we had not read the email properly so accept that that was our fault. Tuesday morning were woken up to extremely loud drilling. When we opened the patio door it was like being on a building site. A new swimming pool was being built or repaired . There were at least 5 workmen drilling and breaking up concrete etc. this went on all morning until we left the apt for some peace My wife called Dianna at Nerja Rentals who, after reprimanding her for calling the day before re: the Wi-Fi etc, proceeded to tell her that they would not have know about the pool work as they didn’t live there. She spoke very rudely to my wife and said she would see about getting us moved. She did not return until Wednesday offering 70e disu. No apology no explanation. I have a video and photographs of the work should you need them. I require a full refund please. We did not pay to live on a building site for 4 days
