Villa Roncovisi by Fantasia Villas

Villa Roncovisi is a beautiful luxury villa, in perfect Tuscan style, built in the second half of 18th century, where the comfort of modern life perfectly matches with the classic Tuscan brick and wood.

The villa is located in the middle of the Tuscan hills, close to the most important cities such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa, easily reachable by car, by various local transport means or by using our shuttle bus service.

The exterior of the villa is characterized by a large garden with lawn, fully Tuscan vegetation (olive trees, small vineyards). You can find 3 Gazebos, one on the side of the villa, with a large table and equipped barbeque, a second, in front of the villa where you can comfortably relax on the sofas, enjoying the Tuscan sunset, savoring typical products waiting for dinner.

Moving one level lower than the villa we find a third Gazebo where you can have breakfast or aperitifs by the pool. The garden is also equipped with a small playground for children with a slide and a swing.

Villa Roncovisi also enjoys a private pool for guests, (6 x 12 m with depth 1.40 mt). It is located on a natural terrace, a couple of meters below the level of the villa, it is a pee with infinity, so it enjoys a fantastic view of the surrounding hills, also equipped with a whirlpool. Under the pool you will find a dressing room equipped with a shower and a toilet, where you can change into total comfort. There is also a children’s corner.
