With a prime location just centered between Broadway (10 minutes), Airport (5 minutes), Grand Ole Opry (7 minutes), and the Hermitage, this private guesthouse is perfect for exploring Nashville, with an office, sofa bed, La-Z-Boy recliner, Bidet, hammock chair, book nook, mini gym, patio, wooded backyard, board games.

This is the lower unit of a two unit home. The floor boards are thin like all homes in the area. You will hear sounds from above

Note that pool table is damaged and warped - it can be fun for kids and casual play but not the best experience for regular pool players.

Great location for our needs

Stayed 4 night visiting family. Location was super close to the airport and the family, worked great. Kevin was informative and the check in process was as painless as it could possibly be. Very clean and cozy, thanks Kevin!

Great location! Kids loved it!

This property is the perfect location between the Opry, the airport, and Broadway. It's in a quiet neighborhood but close to the routes needed to get anywhere. My sons loved the pool table and the PS4! The owner was great with communication and had lots of info on activities/restaurants in the area. I will definitely stay here again if I have future trips to Nashville!

Larger space than expected!

Great space to stay. I picked this spot because of the computer chair and desk (worked remotely for a few days while on vacation). The location was nice, and the place itself was impressive. Kevin was very responsive and seemed genuinely happy to have me as a guest which was a nice touch. Thank you!

Good place to stay in Nashville

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst on vacation from the UK. Check-in was seamless, and communications with the host were good. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook your own meals. We found the location to be great - a quiet neighbourhood but just a short drive from downtown Nashville or the Grand Ole Opry. Kevin's guide to Nashville was useful too! Minor points to know - there is definitely some footsteps noise from the upstairs unit (though this is clear in the description) and some traffic noise from the nearby highway too - take earplugs if you are a light sleeper. My wife didn't find the bed too comfortable, but this is a personal preference thing.

Small, quiet and peaceful. Property Management was excellent - check-in/-out was a breeze. The custom booklet for all of the area 'must-sees' was extremely useful and the included recommendations for dining and coffee did not disappoint! Great value stay - would highly recommend!

Amazing!!

This place was exactly as advertised! Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and the place is updated and has everything you need! Big kitchen, amazing shower comfy bed and extremely clean! Will try to book again next time we are in Nashville again!

Home away from home❤️

We were in Tennessee for a week and was feeling really home sick so the last few nights it was really nice to relax In this beautiful space! VERY clean and welcoming not to mention Kevin was really great to work with and responded in a very timely manner!! **HIGHLY RECOMMEND **
