My wife and i have always loved the beach and even as poor graduate students many years ago dreamed of owning a place of our own. We live in Macon, Ga which is only a 5 hour drive away from St George so we are able keep a close eye on our home. We love the cozy, relaxed feel of southern small towns and fell in love with St George and Apalachicola when we started vacation there many years ago.

We have been vacationing with family on St George Island since our kids were little. we had always dreamed of owning a place here and in 2012 we had the good fortune to find this property. By investing some sweat equity have been able to continue to upgrade this property. It is the perfect size for our extended family and we all look forward to gathering each summer for a fun time together even as our children have grown. This is where we have made memories for the last 10 years and we hope it will be the place you can create new memories as well!

Across the street from the beach but with ocean views this house is the perfect for a beach vacation without the price of a beachfront rental. Near the "Cut" it is the perfect place to fish or venture down in the evening and watch the sun set over Little St George and the Bay. (Also the perfect place for that family photo!)
The house features large gathering area for sharing meals, playing games or just relaxing together. A ping pong table and a basketball court is also on site where the kids (and adults) can play together. And the private pool on site is also ready for you when you want to take a dip.
Perhaps you just want a little time to sit and enjoy the ocean breezes while listening to the surf. Enjoy your morning coffee or sit outside in the afternoon on the upper porch and relax.
Or if you just want some solitude while the kids play enjoy the private porches off the master bedrooms or take some time and relax in the jetted tubs in the master baths.
Need a place to recharge come enjoy 4C&SAND. We have enjoyed it and hope you will too.
