Spring Break

The location and access to the beach was exceptional. Property size for 10 people was perfect. Bring some extra blankets! The only disappointment is the old and unusable grill. Otherwise perfect vacation and great communication by the property management.

Definitely needs a few updates but otherwise it was fantastic. By the second day doing the stairs were killer but it was great for everyone to have their own bed and bath. Would definitely rent again.

Family Fun

My family of 8 humans and two dogs had a fabulous Spring Break at 5 Palms! The house was comfortable and convenient for us. The elevator was a huge advantage for my husband and I since there are many stairs. It was cool, but we enjoyed the beach even more because of this. Melissa was wonderful to work with and promptly solved our one problem. She was very pleasant and professional. We hope to return to this house and SGI again.

Facility was a little dated. Elevator was vital to checking luggage to 3rd floor. Site was in poor condition. Pool area yard not usable. Beer can(s) in bushes on arrival. Back yard not usable. BBQ grill(s) not usable.

First Stay on SGI did not disappoint!

Our annual family vacation consists of me, my husband, his mother, our son, his wife, and two children, and our daughter, and her two children. 5 Palms was just as described in the listing, if not better. Ample space for a big family. Lovely decks with tables, chairs & rocking chairs. Plenty of room for parking and is located at the perfect spot on the island - close to everything. We rented a golf cart, kids rented bikes, and they said it was the best holiday yet. The house was clean and well cared for, and our property manager, Melissa was very responsive and helpful on the two items that we needed assistance on. I highly recommend 5 Palms Bright and Breezy, and any property that Melissa manages! Thank you for a wonderful week on St George Island!

My 2023 vacation

Grass needed cutting, elevator was faulty. ( one of the reason I choose this was because my wife had knee surgery 3 months prior ) steps were very difficult for her. Man came and worked on but still not satisfactory.The place is beginning to needs some work. Overall liked and would comeback. Elevator is a problem!
