**ハリケーンによるダメージはありません！ 下位レベルは修復されており、新品同様です！ ビーチまで歩いてすぐのスタジオシーは、新しく改装された4ベッドルームフロリダのビーチコテージです。 2つの寝室はメインレベルにあります。 下の階には大きな3番目の寝室、4番目の寝室、お風呂があり、個別の入り口があり、2人の家族やカップルに最適です。 新しいプールで冷やします。 サンデッキから湾を見たり、家族や友人とポーチに座ったりできます。 朝は、オープンキッチン、ダイニング、リビングスペースを含む日当たりの良いリビングエリアで迎えてください。

The location is great. One easy block to the beach. Quiet, dog friendly. The pool is well maintained and very handy! The owner is attentive and available, although we did not lack for anything or have any problems. I highly recommend this rental.

Precious older home with great coordination of beach colors. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedding. Fabulous view of sunrises on rooftop viewing deck.Short drive to see fantastic sunsets. Easy walk with little traffic to non crowded beaches. Pool for cooling off. Great place for multiple family groups or for older teens to have their own space. Never wanted to leave the house during my stay except to go to the beach.

Great Stay

Great location close to the beach. It was very warm, so the private pool was nice. Comfortable space and the owner was very responsive. We would recommend to others or stay there again if we vacation on SGI again.

Great spot!

Easy to rent, exactly as advertised! Location is perfect - we had easy walks to the beach, easy drive into the middle of the island for groceries and dining out. Glad to find this place, we'll try to book it again when we return :-)

Has it all

We loved the relaxed vibe of this property. The pool and roof view were great fun. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beach and the bike trail right there.

Superb Studio Sea

We loved everything about this house, host, and location! This is a perfect place to stay with two families and the location was ideal for walking back and forth to the beach! The host was amazing as he answered any questions we had promptly and was very helpful before, during and after our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

Convenient beach house

Great location on island considering it was not beach front. Easy and quick walk to public beach access. Beach was not crowded in that area either. Host was very responsive to questions.

Great location

Short (1) block walk to the beach! Was nice to have plenty of room on the beach without the crowds. Good local donuts & pizza. We typically go to Destin or Gulf Shores so it was nice to have a vacation without the traffic & crowds! Grandkids enjoyed the pool as well.

Perfect home for my dog and me!

This house was terrific one block across from public beach access with a boardwalk. Beds were comfy every thing was super clean. Enjoyed the pool and sundeck. Best of all got to bring my dog! Will be back

Amazing!

Studio by the Sea was the perfect place for our family. This was our first time visiting St. George’s Island and we are now looking forward to many more trips in the future. Beach just a short walk away, our kids loved the pool, & star gazing on the top deck was fantastic! Thanks David for sharing your home!

Overall we had a good stay. Working with Owners was great. Always polite and responsive. Perfect walk to/from beach from house. House was clean but could use some deep cleaning in areas but overall ok.

Hi Kerri, A couple of months ago you vacationed on St. George Island and stayed at Studio Sea. I am glad you had a good time and enjoyed the Island and the house. Thank you for informing us about the need for a deep cleaning. I expected that it was needed but had a hard time working that in because the house was continually rented. It has been deep cleaned since you were there. I live in Indiana and only get to the house a couple of times a year. I was there two weeks ago and found it to be in good shape. Cozy Beach Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Studio Sea very much. Nice little beach cottage that made us feel "at home" . We have no complaints. The owner is very easy to communicate with. The walk to the beach is easy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool! The only part we didn't like was that we had to check out 😥

I first visited St. George Island as a result of a search for a pet-friendly vacation destination with great fishing and beautiful beaches. My family fell in love with the island and we visited for many years before eventually purchasing Studio Sea. I now enjoy spending my winters at Studio Sea and being able to share it with others in the summers.
