Beautiful loft studio in Nice center, close to beach !

This little gem in the center of Nice is a loft studio of 25 m2. It is the perfect holiday compact living apartment and is located a stone's throw from the sea and its beaches. It is situated on a lively (especially in the summer) street with restaurants and with close proximity to most of Nice large selection of shops, cafés, and museums. It is located right near Place Masséna, the beautiful Promenade du Paillon, and Rue de France. The apartment is well planned with a small kitchen and sofa group with table on the lower level. The sofa is a sofa bed, which can be 140x200 cm with room for 2 people. Downstairs there is also the shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the attic there is a double bed that is 140x200 cm.
From the pleasant balcony/terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. There is a dining area with table and chairs for 4 people on the terrace.
The apartment is suitable for 2 adults. But possible for 1-2 children (from 10 years or 3 adults maximum.
The studio i situated on the third floor and there is no elevator.
Air conditioning on lower level, available cold in summer (May-mid-October) and hot in winter (mid-October-April).

The location was so close to the Promenade. Two short blocks and you were at the beach. The location also gave you easy access to the old town of Nice and many very good restaurants. I would easily go back and spend a longer time.

Incredible location. Smaller space but enough room for a small family. Transportation options easy and the area is made for walking. Food and entertainment all around. Awesome patio to sit out and take it all in. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. Great stay!

Stayed here whilst competing in the Ironman champs, myself, wife and our 20YO son. Its a cosy apartment but still fit 3 of us, bike, bike box and has just has everything you need and the location is brilliant. If you struggle with stairs it is not for you but otherwise we couldn't recommend it highly enough and our host was brilliant.

Great Location

This was a small apartment but adequate for our needs. Lovely balcony! The best feature is location. A block from the beach, a block from tobs of restaurants and a few blocks from old town. We would definitely stay again

Perfect location and great studio

A beautiful studio in a perfect location. From my first enquiry to departure, Malin was a great host. Super helpful and always responded quickly. The studio was exactly as it is described and my daughter and I loved it especially the balcony in morning and early evening.

It’s so much nicer in Nice!!!

Malin is the kindest host we have met staying in rental properties! She went out of our way to help us -even came on check out day to help with our cases -we are oldies!!!very well equipped and near Promenade des Anglais but very quiet! It is a compact loft apartment as described! Thank you Malin
