We had a fantastic stay at Sophie’s place. It is well located, a good size for two, and particularly enjoyed the two balconies. A short walk to some good restaurants and old town. We would be happy to stay again.

Absolutely stunning apartment, great location by the port, loads of restaurants, shops and bars seconds from the apartment. Easy access to the tram. Stunning double balcony / terrace much bigger than most in Nice and also on the top floor. The host is so lovely and kind

Would be nice if owner provided info on trams, local market locations, restaurants etc. a 2nd set of keys would also be good. Also the dvd player did not work. Also written info on how to use the washer.

The location of this property was excellent! We were close to the airport tram, 12 minute walk to the train station and right in the center of many restaurants and bars! The home was cozy and perfect for our short stay in Nice.

Sophie's place is wonderful!

Location is so great, very close to beautiful Port Lympia and many bars, restaurants and cafe's right outside, walking distance to Old Nice. Sophie is lovely and welcoming, she met us when we arrived, the space has everything you need for a short stay and the balconies are a nice bonus, the picutres do not do it justice. Would happily stay again, thank you Sophie :)

Wonderful host, beautiful apartment, fab location. Well equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay in Nice, and with a balcony on either side you get both morning and evening sun! We can't thank Sophie enough, and would definitely stay again!

Great accommodations

The apartment was a great place to stay in Nice. It was clean, air conditioned, and had everything we needed, including beach towels and mats! The balconies are lovely to sit out on. Sophie was very quick to respond to any messages. The elevator in the building was great for transporting our bags. The location was very central and near the old town and the beach.

Week in Nice

One of few self contained cottages near old town. 5 minutes to old town and public transport. Two penthouse terraces with views was great as was air con. Host easily contactable. Second set of towels would have been preferable and shower very compact.

Great Location in Nice

The apartment is on the top floor (there is an elevator) with stunning views from the back terrace. The front terrace overlooks the streets and restaurants. The apartment was efficient, the kitchen had everything you need plus a washer! The bathroom was typical, small shower which could feel cramped for some people. The only issue was the square pillows on the bed, not what we are used to but apparently it’s a French thing. The location can’t be beat, a close walk to old Nice and the Girabaldi metro station. Take tram 2 from the airport. Overall, you won’t go wrong with this apartment.

Wonderful apartment near the port and Old Nice!

The apartment is in a terrific location, with numerous restaurants nearby, and grocery stores around the corner. Only a 5-minute walk to the Garibaldi tram stops which made it easy to access the airport or train station. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was adequately equipped. It was lovely having two balconies; one was always shaded from the intense sun. Hostess Sophie was very accommodating regarding our arrival schedule which was altered several times by airline changes/delays.

It’s not in a marsh!

We stayed in this apartment 6 years ago, so we knew we’d like it. Stylish bedroom with open racking, an airy living space, a tiny kitchen area and *two* balconies: one looks over rooftops to the hills, the other has a view of the lively place du Pin. Why ‘marsh area’ (and it was ‘swamp’ when the apartment was with a different agency? I’m guessing it’s a mistranslation from Paris’s Marais. Vrbo, please note!

Nice Apartment

We enjoyed our week in Nice at Sophie's lovely apartment. We particularly enjoyed the 2 terraces, giving us lots of light, air and 2 views. The seagulls nesting on the roof were no problem. The 1.50 euro bus to Cap Ferrat was great, we enjoyed the 2 hour walk around the Cap. Sophie was a delight to deal with.

Simply the best!

Such a nice experience to stay for 8 days in this apartment! The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of the trendy area between the port and place Garibaldi. One balcony with sun for breakfast, and the terrace on the opposite side for afternoon drinks and dinner. The apartment is well equipped for cooking your own meals and the area around hosts many nice restaurants. We spent time at La peche a la vigne, with friendly staff and excellent food and wine. We will come back! Thanks Sophie!

Stylish apartment in the Port area of Nice

This is a perfect location if you like to walk to most places - the Port, Place Garabaldi, Nice Old Town, Place Masséna and the Promenade. Sophie, our Host, communicated well right through the booking and was punctual and helpful. The apartment is modern with two balconies, fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and a double bedroom. TV & WiFi were easy. A bonus is a parking space (extra) if required. Would highly recommend it. Thank you Sophie for looking after us so well. Jeanette & Bruno

Fantastic apartment in the heart of Nice

The apartment was perfect, it had everything we needed and the 2 balconies were fantastic with sun both ends of the day. The apartment was very clean and the location is brilliant, close to the port, trams and plenty of restaurants and bars that give a great buzz to the area, 3 supermarkets within a short walk made shopping easy. Sophie was fantastic and went above n beyond waiting for us to arrive which because of delays and tram shortages meant we didn't arrive till midnight. Check out was quick and easy with Sophie's daughter arriving exactly on time. I would recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again when we visit my son who lives in Nice. Thank you Sophie

Vraiment topLe seul point négatif pour lequel nous n'avons pas mis toutes les etoiles : un petit manque de propreté général.Néanmoins, adresse a retenir.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral und auch ruhig durch die Lage im sechsten Stock, wunderbar mit der Dachterrasse und dem zusätzlichen Balkon. Zu Fuß ist alles Wichtige in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit Sophie war reibungslos und prompt. Alles gut!

Die Wohnung ist für einen Aufenthalt in Nizza perfekt!! Die Lage ist sehr zentral und mitten im Geschehen. Trotzdem ist es in der 6. Etage sehr ruhig. Klasse ist die große Terrasse und auch auf dem schmaleren Balkon kann man noch prima frühstücken. Die Gastgeberin Sophie ist sehr freundlich und hat unsere Fragen im Vorfeld sehr schnell beantwortet. Schlüsselübergabe war pünktlich um 14 h. Klasse ist auch, dass man auf Wunsch einen Parkplatz mieten kann. Haben wir gemacht und das war super. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Auch die Klimaanlage ist nicht zu verachten. Wir würden gerne nochmal wieder kommen, allerdings scheint die Wohnung schnell vergriffen zu sein. Wir werden aber mal nachschauen, ob es noch freie Zeiten gibt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!! In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Bäcker, um morgens frisches Baguette zu kaufen. Ein kleinerer Supermarkt ist auch direkt um die Ecke. Carfour kann man auch zu Fuß erreichen. Alles top!!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement bien équipé et très bien situé à proximité de plusieurs boulangeries, d'un supermarché, de toutes sortes de restaurants, des transports en commun, de la vieille ville, du port et de la plage. Les propriétaires étaient très sympas, accueillants et de bons conseils pour des bonnes adresses gastronomiques. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse et le balcon au sixième et dernier étage de l'appartement.

Nous avons passé, ma fille adolescente et moi même, une semaine très agréable dans ce logement très bien aménagé, calme et très bien placé au centre de Nice,proche du port, de la plage et peu éloigné de la gare, avec le plaisir de pouvoir utiliser la terrasse spacieuse et le balcon pour profiter de la lumière et du soleil. Nous avons également été très bien accueillies par la propriétaire.
