Petitona, holiday house in quiet area with private pool and only a few minutes walking distance to the village of Buger.

The house decorated in modern style is distributed in one floor, sunny living dining room, fully fitted kitchen open to the living room, one bathroom with shower and one toilet, two double bedrooms, one with double bed, and equipped with TV, the second one with two separate beds, both equipped with air conditioning.

Equipped with Sat TV, Wifi Internet, air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine...

Outside, private swimming pool 4x8 m surrounded by lawn, with sunbeds and parasol, barbecue area, outdoor parking, and terraces with garden furniture to enjoy pleasant evenings with family and friends.

Within a 15 minutes drive there are several beaches, the beach of Alcudia, the beach of Puerto Pollensa, Playas de Muro and the beach of Cas Capellans in Can Picafort.

The village of Buger is within walking distance, there is a bakery, stationery shop, several bars, bank, and all the necessary services, although we recommend to come by car.
