GROUND FLOOR: nice bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, large room with access to kitchen and porch, swimming pool and Garden.

Alcanada is a charming residential area which runs along the west coast of Alcudia, where we find small bays and beaches.
The área offers us peace and calm, restaurants and an amazing 18 hole golf course.
Located only 1.5 km away from port d’Alcúdia, with an incredible Port and an amazing white sandy Beach. 4 kms away from the beautiful Alcudia old town, locality well known for its beautiful Medieval walls and its picturesque streets.
