When we arrived at the house, the first thing we saw was a large open area where we could park our vehicles, followed by the pool, surrounded by a large sun deck as well as a barbecue area with a small shade structure—all fenced in—and a restroom. We continued toward the house and entered a typical Andalusian courtyard, which led us to the two sections that make up the farmhouse.<br>On the left side, there is a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower; on the right side, there is a living-dining room with a fireplace, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a bathtub.<br>From the courtyard, we climb a flight of stairs to a large terrace with breathtaking views of the Sierra de Cádiz; on the other side is a spacious 100-meter living room featuring a large dining table, a fireplace, and a small kitchen separated by a counter; The living room is surrounded by large windows overlooking the Sierra de Cádiz and the estate. <br>.<br><br>It has air conditioning for both cooling and heating.
