Welcome to our impressive charming Andalucia style 12 bedroom Mansion with a separate apartment which in total sleeps upo to 33 people! Events are welcomed!

A stunning 12 bedroom mansion nestled in the private gated and secured urbanisation with only private villas in one of the most beautiful areas of Marbella: La Quinta. The impressive driveway leads to the spacious parking area. From here, there is immediate access to the large, fully fitted kitchen, which leads to a chill-out lounge and dining area, then step down to a larger lounge with comfy leather sofas around an open fireplace. Leading on from here is a dining area catering for up to 30 guests both inside and outside on the terrace, equipped with a large barbeque. There is a desk area, and snug TV room! Also on this level is a bodega, plus a twin bedded room, with shower and guest toilet. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms plus the enormous master suite with 2 super king-size beds, sofa bed and chill out area, open fireplace, walk-in dressing room plus en-suite bathroom with its’ own sauna, shower and a sunken bath with views out to the beautiful grounds. Downstairs on the lower level there are a further 3 double bedrooms and a hallway with sofa bed. All have their own en-suite bathrooms. This lower level leads directly out to the garden and pool, with pool table, table tennis, relaxing seating and dining area, chill out swing chair, several sunbeds and a bar area. The main house has 8 bedrooms sleeping up to 24 guests. Next door to the main house is a smaller house with2 bedroom downstairs, interconnecting with one bathroom, whilst through a separate entrance, there are 2 more bedrooms, a shower room plus a lounge / dining room with a sofa bed.
