Villa Imperial luxury 5 bedroom with 2 Pools & Stunning Views

Villa Imperial is a luxury 5 bedroom villa with outdoor pool and indoor heated pool, located in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. In an elevated position and spread across five floors, the modern architecture is designed to host guests in all seasons. Villa Imperial sleeps 10 people and all the bedrooms offer a unique view of the Kalkan Bay. 

Note* As Villa Imperial is spread over 5 floors, please be aware it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

Parking Level – Villa Imperial
From the road outside the villa, there is off-road parking. From here is the entrance to the villa and a number of steps take you to the lower ground floor which houses the indoor pool and gym. Further steps take you to the main parts of the villa.

Lower Ground Floor – Villa Imperial
On the lower ground floor of the villa, is the gym, indoor pool and sports equipment. Play a game of table tennis or start a game of darts, whilst the other party members may prefer to use the gym equipment, consisting of treadmill, dumb bells, pilates ball, exercise bike and lat pulldown. Or relax in the indoor pool (can be heated for an extra charge, currently £120 a week for 2022). Outside is a lovely terrace with comfortable seating and two sunbeds.

Ground Floor – Villa Imperial
Fully air-conditioned, the living areas are open plan. The comfortable, modern lounge incorporates two sofas, two armchairs, flat screen TV with Netflix (own account required) and satellite connection, Playstation, Bluetooth speaker, card and board games for family entertainment. The floor to ceiling sliding doors offer fabulous sea views. Step outside to the large poolside terrace with 14m long infinity pool. The shallow end provides a space for children to sit and splash around (but please not there is no barrier between the steps and main deep pool). Walk-in steps lead directly into the main 1.5m deep pool.

The modern kitchen includes all the appliances you would expect from a luxury villa, including fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hob, microwave, oven and kettle. There is a dining table to seat 8 persons as well as well stocked cupboards with kitchen utensils.

First Floor – Villa Imperial
The first floor is dedicated to three of the two bedrooms, consisting of two double en-suite bedrooms and a twin en-suite bedroom. Each bedroom has a lovely, furnished sea view balcony.

Second Floor – Villa Imperial
The remaining two double en-suite bedrooms are on the top floor. Both open out onto a lovely sea view furnished balcony. One of the bedrooms has a mini-fridge to take advantage of the views whilst having a sundowner before retiring to bed.

Bedroom 5 - Double bedroom, TV, AC, wardrobe, fridge, bedside table, vanity, shower, bathroom, shared terrace and garden furniture (alongside with two sun loungers).

Outside – Villa Imperial
8 sun loungers, 2 parasols, garden furniture, alfresco dining table for 8 persons, portable BBQ, outdoor mini-fridge by the poolside to keep your Efes cool. There is also a lovely L-Shaped built-in comfy sofa area to relax in.
