We are absolutely delighted to welcome back Blue Sky to our portfolio of Wells properties after a short absence away. Now under new ownership, the house has been upgraded and refurnished, with a great deal of thought put into every little detail to ensure guests have a relaxing and comfortable home-away-from-home stay. With a lovely selection of local artworks dotted around the house to appreciate, and every modern convenience (from usb plug sockets beside every bed, a Blu-ray soundbar and super widescreen Smart television for that surround sound cinema experience), Blue Sky is a winner for holidaymakers of all ages. Set over three floors, on the ground floor is the well-equipped fitted breakfast kitchen with dining area and Nespresso coffee machine, a large utility room with laundry facilities and a second fridge with freezer, and lastly a cloakroom. On the first floor is a generous sized sitting room, and a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower room. And finally, on the top floor are two further bedrooms, both with Smart televisions; a twin room and king-size bedroom which share a family bathroom found between the two. The double and king-size bedrooms both enjoy a distant sea view. Outside, is an enclosed gravelled and paved courtyard garden - a shady outdoor space that's just the spot for a tasty barbecue of fresh local produce or simply a chill-out afternoon.
