Stunning property. Most comfortable beds ever making it restful at night. Family friendly despite my husband and I having mobility issues. This was a little difficult needing to get upstairs to spend pennies . Would recommend a stay in this beautiful home .

We had a wonderful long weekend at this cosy, spacious and beautifully equipped house. Three children (11, 8 and 5) came with us, along with my husband and my mother, and none of them wanted to leave. There was so much for them to enjoy — books, games, toys, and a brilliant table tennis table in the garage. The hosts have thought of everything, including beach accessories like windbreaks and crabbing nets, which we used at Thornham Old Harbour. Brancaster Beach was stunning, and Sandringham Estate was a fantastic day out for the children too.The beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms were excellent with underfloor heating and lovely showers. The garden was well maintained and felt very safe for the children to play while the adults relaxed. We also had a delicious Sunday lunch at The Gin Tap. A perfect family stay.

Perfect house for a Norfolk holiday!

Couldn't recommend Manningham House more! Wonderful location in North Norfolk in a delightful village with a great pub and local shop all in walking distances. A comfortable stay. Spacious house and good location. Providing own towels and shower mats was extra packing and washing and stripping beds was extra unnecessary task. Think it should be all included in the price. However an enjoyable weeks stay with the family.
