Lovely Cottage

We all had an excellent week in Rosemullion cottage, excellently situated between Hastings and Rye, and within walking distance of 'The local' . All the facilities we needed for a week away, and a great coffee machine so I could sit out and enjoy the sunshine in the ample garden in the morning.

lovely cottage in quiet area

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very good. The surrounding was very quiet. Plenty of good pubs and restaurants close by. Kitchen could be a bit better equipped. Garden could be in better shape.

Great location, nice quiet village with a great pub nearby. The Cottage could do with a bit of tlc and a bit more of thorough clean. The garden was nice and big.

Warm and very clean

The house is in a beautiful village with an excellent pub within sight of it. It has a large enclosed garden which is great for dogs. We would have liked hot water in the downstairs loo but it was clean. Probably not ideal for our elderly mum but that isn't the owner's fault. The description did say there was a shower oiver the bath, which wasn't easy for her, snd that access to the bathroom was through the main bedroom.

Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem wirklich liebevoll eingerichteten Cottage.Was uns den letzten Stern nicht geben lässt ist ein etwas wildwüchsiger Garten mit zum Teil defekten Sitzmöbeln, sehr wenig und zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr und Besteck und ein recht ausgesessenes Sofa.Aber das soll den Gesamteindruck,der wirklich schön war nicht allzu sehr schmälern!

Schönes Cottage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Neben diesem schönen Cottage, das all unseren Belangen entsprach, konnte auch das Umland mit Wandermöglichkeiten, guten Restaurants und Ausflugszielen überzeugen. Wir können uns dort noch weitere Aufenthalte gut vorstellen.

Pett retreat

Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. The cottage is well equipped and we were very comfortable. We may well be back one day.

We are a small local holiday let company that has lived in the area for over twenty years.
We love where we live and we can be found, cycling, running or walking along the lovely beaches that dot our coast, enjoying the quiet lanes on our bicycles or running on the trails.
We love supporting local events and can share our local secrets if looking for something different, to enjoying local one day courses with local artists, birdwatching trips at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, or wine tasting at one of the many vineyards that are located in the 1066 area.
We aim to offer a truly personal service to make your stay at one of our holiday cottages as relaxing as we possibly can.
Any queries or issues you may have during your stay, we are here to help. Special occasion, need help planning your surprise, we know the best florists, bakers and restaurants to book, just ask.
Jacqui has worked in the hospitality sector for over twenty years and she can't wait to welcome you to the cottages and apartments that we manage.

Fully equipped kitchen with a Krups/Nespresso coffee machine (some capsules provided), dishwasher , washing machine, gas hob and electric oven. Separate dining room with seating for 6. Cosy, warm lounge with ample seating for all the family. A single downstairs bedroom for those who struggle with stairs. Downstairs cloakroom WC. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one king size bedroom.
PLEASE NOTE TO ACCESS THE BATHROOM YOU HAVE TO WALK THROUGH THE MASTER BEDROOM.
Large enclosed garden with trampoline, football net and outside furniture.
Parking for two cars off-road to the side of the cottage.
