作業中の農場で美しく改装されたstable舎で、森や農地を見渡す完全なプライバシー。 専用シャワーとトイレを備えたダブルベッドルーム、バスタブ付きの独立したツインバスルーム。 設備の整ったキッチン、woodストーブ付きの広々としたリビング/ダイニングルーム。 ラウンジ/ダイニングエリアは、3組の3つ折りドアのある高台に面したテラスに面し、部屋の全長を南に向けて開きます。 ラウンジとダブルベッドルームにテレビ。
リネンとタオルの提供、リクエストに応じてベビーベッドとハイチェア。

The property was excellent, very clean and tastefully decorated. Janet has done a great job. highly recommended. Bit of a scary drive for the last mile to the property, very narrow road but well worth this difficulty on arrival.

Had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful little cottage. Jan and Nick provide everything you could possibly need. Lovely and clean. A real home from home. Set in the heart of the countryside, it provides peace and tranquility, with regular visits to the hanging feeders from a host of birds. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet getaway. Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is lovingly and cozily furnished, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. There is an additional garden on the property—not directly next to the holiday home, but part of the beautiful farmstead. It features flower beds and seating areas, and guests are welcome to enjoy it. It's especially exciting for children, with plenty of space and play opportunities throughout the grounds.The hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The property is nestled in nature, offering a peaceful and idyllic atmosphere. It was also a perfect starting point for exploring the surrounding area and reaching our excursion destinations.We were truly impressed and would love to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay in the Stables. The cottage was very clean and well equipped. There were two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. This one had also an additional en-suite bathroom. Very nice. The kitchen, dining room and lounge were all proper sized. There were some games and duplo for the children and some dvds.The cottage lies in a very calm area on a farm surrounded by fields and woods were you can do some very nice walks.There is a nice patio where you can enjoy the evenings or you just leave the patio doors open to have an outside-feel in the dining room. We liked this very much.There are horses, guinea pigs and much things to explore for the children.The next pub is only 10 minutes by foot through the woods, but you need a car to reach the next bigger supermarket. I recommend the one in Rye.Going to the cottage can be a bit tricky, when you are not used to single road lanes, especially in the summer when the fern grows. I recommend driving from the south. The way is a bit longer, but the single track road is much shorter.All in all we really enjoyed our stay and did notiss anything. Also the hosts were really friendly and helpfull.

We had an amazing stay at the Stable. Jan and Nick are lovely hosts, and gave us a good head start into our vacation. They had prints ready where to find the shops we were especially looking for. Besides, they do a lovely farm, birds in the morning, no traffic noises, horses, cows and a pair of donkeys. In short, We Loved IT!

Excellent cottage in tranquil environment

The home was exactly as described, very clean, warm and welcoming and had a lot of amenities. Firewood was provided as well. It was very quiet and peaceful. We would highly recommend staying here!

Another beautiful stay

This was our third time at the Stables and we just love it. Its so clean, cosy and comfortable. We love that its just in the middle of the countryside on the edge of beautiful woodland. Nick and Janet are super hosts.

Perfect peaceful get away

Perfect In Every Sense

What can I say, we had the most delightful stay at The Stables. A completely relaxing retreat for the whole family. The location is so peaceful and tranquil, where the only sound you’ll hear is from the birds flying back and forth to the bird feeder. Jan and Nick made our stay really welcoming by leaving us a selection of treats to start off our stay, which included a lovely bottle of wine – thank you guys 😊. Their abode was super clean, comfortable and cosy; with plenty of room for the four of us. Lovely hot water and all the kitchen necessities required for our stay. We will all definitely be visiting The Stables again; the perfect get-away to get the creative juices flowing and some real quality family time, without gadgets!! Thank you so much for having us 🙏

Einfach wundervoll!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Häuschen sehr genossen...es ist einfach so gemütlich. Man ist mitten in der Natur und kann vom Wohnzimmer aus die Vögel beobachten...gelegentlich auch Grauhörnchen oder Kaninchen. Der Garten ist, gerade auch für Kinder, einfach herrlich, das Gelönde sehr weitläufig. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist prima, die Betten sind bequem und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Janet ist ganz reizend und wir überlegen schon, wann wir wiederkommen! Vielen Dank für eine tolle Woche! Janet ist
