Welcome to your Lisbon home — a stylish 3-bedroom duplex tucked away in the picturesque Bica neighbourhood, just around the corner from the city's famous funicular.

Spread across two floors, this home is designed for comfort and conviviality. The three serene bedrooms (1 double + 2 queens) are perfect for recharging after a day of sightseeing. The open-plan dining room leads to a beautiful private patio — an ideal spot for relaxed breakfasts or sunset drinks.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook at home, while the two bathrooms come stocked with Damana toiletries and fresh towels.

Set between Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré, you’ll be surrounded by Lisbon’s best food, nightlife, and viewpoints — all within walking distance.

Please note: The street is not accessible by car. A short walk is required to reach the front door.

Do Not Recommend

Upon check in there was a moldy smell. Upon further inspection the wall in the downstairs bedroom was covered in mold. The bathrooms had mold on ceiling, and showers had dirt build up in corners. Had not been cleaned. Found other peoples belongings in the bathroom. Furniture and shades are dirty and stains on walls. Reached out to lovely stay and requested 1/2 to full refund as the bedroom was uninhabitable. Was refunded 1/3 of payment which in my opinion was not adequate.

Nice flat but no maintenance

The flat is full of humidity. While we were there it was raining a lot and all our stuff never got dry. We became sick because of it. Nice localisation, Nice Space (really big) but really bad feeling in it. The smell of humidity and the feeling took us bad Even if the flat is great.

Kurz Urlaub

Wir waren 3 Nächte im Februar da. Die Wohnungen an sich ist super für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, sehr geräumig und ruhig, Die Küche ist toll auch der Essbereich, leider haben wir das wenig bzw. Nicht genutzt da zu weinig Geschirr und Besteck für 5 Person vorhandenen war. Geduscht haben wir auch nicht da im großen Bad viel Schimmel an der Decke war, ebenso Schimmel befand sich in einer Ecke im Essbereich. Wenn das behoben wird wäre auch ein längerer Aufenthalt sicher empfehlenswert. Die Wohnungen an sich ist sauber und geruchfrei . Kommunikation funktionierte super. Lissabon ist auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert

Not great.

I really wanted to love this stay and I'd hoped the former complaint about humidity had been remedied in the intervening months since that review had been posted. It hasn't. A corner of the master bath ceiling was covered in mold above the shower. I felt unsafe even letting my kids use it. The shower didn't drain correctly, and water covered the floor. There's a lot to love here. The apartment is otherwise really great and in a fun location (though getting a ride is hard due to street access). The problems could be remedied with a few hundred Euros to address them. This isn't a major restructure. The fact that it wasn't addressed after the first review of this nature makes me really uncomfortable recommending anyone else give it a go. I was really hoping to leave a review saying the former concerns were no longer concerns. The fact that housekeeping isn't bothering to remove the mold tells me they're concerned too.

Almost perfect as one pictures but a real humidity problem!

The smell is terrible in the ensuite bedroom due the toilet evacuation and the room downstairs is a disaster with humidity. Allergic people, forget about it. The owner definitively should definitively fix the issue before renting this flat that could be really great. too bad... But you feel like an idiot once you paid for the flat. The fact that the owner spontaneously proposed a discount is nice, but it also means that they are well aware about the issue...
