The villa's location on the complex is perfect, right across from the pool, and you get the Sun morning through to evening.The villa had the very small ants everywhere (know they are way of life) but they were even on the bed and pillows on the second night! Had to strip and clean the whole place just to feel comfortable to sleep. It was like they where on the circle/central line constant stream around the walls, and kitchen surface, and that was for the whole 20 days we were there. The property needs sealing properly, and keep on top of the cleaning.Plus wasn't relaxing or comfortable in the villa as the sofa is very big and hard, with no cushions to help support you in anyway. Bed is very hard, we have a hard mattress at home, but even we were waking up with saw hips/sides. Plus had pulled the beds from the wall, so couldn't relax in bed either. Also need decent pillows, mostly flat, and one where it was full of chopped pieces of foam! Did request/ask for additional pillows but never got a reply. So didn't bother interacting again with host.As a previous review mentioned, the Holiday World can get rather loud over the weekends you can here the screaming and chants etc. Didn't bother us. The Nomad Gusto eating place above HW is really good to eat (except the chicken place) lots to choose from.The location is good for travelling around the Maspolmas area, wether on foot or by bus.Unfortunately wouldnt return, unless the issues above were resolved.
