Sunshine haven for 2 people.

I can only echo comments written regarding the helpfulness of the owner. Property is as described and the large pool is just steps from the patio. Maspalomas centre and Melenares beach are a 30 minutes walk away. Happy to recommend this accommodation.

This was a very nice, clean and quiet apartment to stay in. Pool in the complex was quiet and a good size. Liuda, the host was very friendly and just excelled in making me feel at home, showing me where the supermarket was, recommending restaurants and things to do. Within close proximity to public transport, this apartment is a good base to explore not only the surrounding area but places further afield. There really wasnt a need to rent a car as buses were frequent, air conditioned and cheap!

Great appartment. Great Host!

It was a perfect match!! Nothing we have missed! The appartment was clean, based in a very nice area, 6 minutes drive away from the beach and with direct access to the big Pool. Liuda is an unique host, who really takes care of her clients. Listen to her and her advices and recommendations. You won't regret it. We had a perfect week!!

Schöne, familientaugliche Unterkunft

Wir haben mit unserer 2 jährigen Tochter 2 wirklich wunderbar erholsame Wochen in diesem schönen Bungalow verbracht. Es ist alles so wie auf den Bildern und in der Beschreibung (einzig das Programm mit der Ernährung, was in der Beschreibung steht, war für uns nicht auffindbar. Aber vielleicht habe ich das auch falsch verstanden oder das Restaurant war außerhalb des Geländes. War aber kein Problem. Supermärkte und Restaurants findet man überall in der Umgebung.) Liuda hat uns sehr bei der Anreise geholfen und ein Taxi organisiert, was wirklich gut geklappt hat und sehr nett war. Zurück zum Flughafen sind wir dann mit dem Bus Nr. 1 direkt vor dem Gelände gefahren. Dauert länger, aber ist kostengünstiger und da es ohne umsteigen war, ging es auch mit Kleinkind gut. Die Busverbindungen bekommt man übrigens wirklich gut mit Google Maps angezeigt! Ein kleiner Minuspunkt wäre jetzt vielleicht der Pool, der zwar schön und sauber, aber leider nicht beheizt war. War insofern kein Problem, weil wir sowieso fast nur unterwegs und am Meer waren. Aber hier und da wäre es doch ganz schön gewesen. Wer aber nicht den ganzen Tag am Pool verbringen möchte, der wird mit dieser Unterkunft völlig zufrieden sein. Einen super Kontakt zu einem Fahrradverleih hat uns Liuda auch vermittelt, der uns die Fahrräder direkt zum Bungalow gebracht hat. Wirklich angenehm! So konnten wir auch mal mit dem Rad zum Strand und nicht nur zu Fuß oder per Bus. Es gibt schöne Möglichkeiten mit Kleinkind und auch ohne Mietauto die Zeit zu verbringen. Strände, Wochenmarkt, Cocodrilo Park, die breiten Fuß-und Fahrradwege entlang spazieren zum Strand, Strandpromenade mit Restaurants ... Bei Fragen konnte man Liuda wirklich immer erreichen und sie gibt sich sehr Mühe! Der Check-In war bei uns etwas durcheinander, weil unser Flug verspätet war und wir kein Wlan hatten, um unsere "Türöffnerin" zu kontaktieren. Also auf Spanisch (ich spreche es nicht wirklich) per Telefon. Letzten Endes hat alles gut geklappt, sie kam und uns wurde geöffnet, aber eine Klingel wäre in dem Fall leichter gewesen. Aber gut... das lässt sich verkraften und wir waren ja auch verspätet. Es ändert nichts an unserer Gesamteinschätzung: Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und wurden wirklich herzlich und fürsorglich empfangen. Danke dafür! Und es gibt sehr schöne Strände in der Umgebung! Also empfehlenswert!

Vista Dunas Sonnenland

This bungalow is part of the Vista Dunas complex. Please search for "Vista Dunas Sonnenland" in Google Maps and see my photos and read more about the place there. All in all we had a nice two weeks stay here during the Christmas in december 2019. Liuda is a nice person and tries her best to help you. The only thing that kind of surprised us was that she asked for extra payment for the Air Condition, so please be sure to double check with her before booking. We didn't need it that much but it was good to have it for some hot days. Also if you are highly allergic to cats, I recommend you not book this place since lots of cats are living in the neighborhood and come and lie outside of the door, so lots of cats' hair everywhere. The pool is very clean and since it's cold not many people were using it during our stay. Lots of parking spots are always free in a walking distance, and I recommend you to rent a car.

Keurige woning, heerlijk rustig ook in een rustig deel van de stad. Een hostess die niets te veel was. Zelfs andere pannen werden geleverd. Supermarktje vlakbij, bushalte op 100 m. wij hebben een heel fijne tijd gehad.

Les photos du site ne correspondaient pas au logement. où nous étions. Pour 4, c'est vraiment petit. Heureusement que l'on pouvait manger dehors, par contre pas de possibilité de cuisiner dehors (ni plancha, ni barbecue). Très peu de vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine à disposition. Confort literie très très moyen. pas de climatisation, juste une ventilateur(plafond) dans le salon. prévoir les premières nécessités (pas mis à disposition) : papier toilette par exemple .. . Piscine OK. voiture indispensable.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDABLE

This very clean bungalow is extremely light and equipped in bright colours which makes you feel really good. The two opposite terraces give you a good option to stay, where the temperature feels comfortable. As my husband and I stayed for a three weeks we appreciated all the storage space very much and in addition an extra room to get rid of suitcases, extra shoes etc. This bungalow is without hesitation the best one in all the complex with just a few steps down to the pool. The complex as well as the surroundings are wonderfully calm. Last but not least it was always very easy to get in touch with our landlady Liuda and get questions answered and problems, if any, solved. Per and Ingrid

Very relaxing place to stay

Nice little bungalow, bright and clean with modern decor and Liuda is very friendly and helpful. The Vista Dunas complex is great if, like us, you like peace and quiet and not being surrounded by load of other holiday makers. The pool is lovely and even better, we had it to ourselves most of the time! Quite a pleasant walk down to Masaplomas beach and restaurants if you stay off the main road. Once there you can walk along the front to Melonaras or there is miles of beach to walk along the other way. Unfortunately, it was unseasonably hot most of the time we were there so we didn't do as much walking as we would have liked - just kept on flinging ourselves in the lovely pool to cool down!

Wonderful, comfortable staying

Hello everybody, who is planning vacation on Gran Canaria. We have just come back from our absolutely fantastic holiday. The first thing I would like to say is that 7 days are not enough, especially when you feel comfortable, and the amazing climate makes you feel happy, relaxed and satisfied. We are a family of three people, 2 adults and a 5 y.o. child, from Denmark. While planning our staying on Gran Canaria we went after romantic mood, calmness, possibility to make some food by ourselves, safety for a child, parking possibilities. Maspalomas is a wonderful place. We were satisfied with Maspalomas and with the bungalow’s location. The cosy bungalow is very clean and has everything you may need. Safety is high, also access to the swimming pool is child safe. The swimming pool is also clean, and it gives some special charm to the place, especially in the evening, when you can hear a relaxing sound of the “waterfall”. The host is a responsible, caring, always ready to help nice woman. An important thing is a free high-speed Wi-Fi available in the bungalow. Thank you for the wonderful vacation and see you again!

Wonderful stay Easter 2017

We were met by Luida who could not do enough for us. She is very kind and is keen for all to enjoy their holiday. The bungalow was as described. It was very, very clean. The private terrace with sunbeds was wonderful. There was a very short walk to the pool which was also very clean and quiet. A walk to the beach is about 30 minutes, but a taxi only charges 3 euros. Shops and restaurants at the beach are varied and quality is good. A very restful, calm holiday. Thank you Luida!

Definitely a home away from home!

We loved our stay in this bungalow. Everything you read in the description is correct: It is newly renovated, light and airy and has modern and comfortable furniture in it. For us - most importantly - it was quiet. No traffic noise at all despite its relatively central location. Quite a few people in this complex live there permanently or rent long term - so it has a residential feel to it. We rented bikes for the week and enjoyed the leisurely ride through the parks down to the faro and the beach, which probably took no more than 10 to 15 mins each way. A local supermarket is within walking distance for daily needs and a large hypermarket within a short car/ taxi ride. We did have a car for the week but probably won't do that again - a taxi ride home from the restaurants at the beach is EUR 3.50 and there are plenty of taxi's around. Unless you want to explore the island and go on excursions there is no need for a car when you live in this property. Liuda was a fantastic host and made sure everything was ok during our stay. We arrived late at night - she was there to greet us and even organised some drinking water to see us through the rest of the night! We will definitely be back.

WONDERFUL! BEEN THERE TWICE!!!

The bungalow is 100% as described on this page. Very quiet, very nice, good karma... :-) It is very clean, modern and comfy. It has been my little home for two weeks. Liuda is the perfect host. She really cares. Everything went well!!! I had a relaxing time and I would definitely recommend it to my friends. I would and I will definitely go again. Cannot wait.

Amazingly Fantastic Stay

We stayed at Vistadunas on an extended stay basis. The lovely owner of the bungalow, Ms Liuda, has been very helpful from the booking process right up to our departure. Bungalow no: 24 where we stayed in was one of the multi-rental properties which Liuda owns and manages. The bungalow is situated in a quiet area of the Vistadunas complex, Sonnenland. It has a non-touristy feel and ideal for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The bungalow is well equipped for a self-catering holiday with the advantage of two terraces. There are outside furniture for an alfresco dining or just enjoy the sun on the sun-loungers provided. The complex swimming pool is quite large and invitingly clean. WIFI is provided free and a great bonus as the reception is excellent. Cable TV with multi-channels is also very good. Car is not necessary as there is a public bus which runs on a regular schedule just outside the complex and taxis are plentiful. The Maspalomas beach is a short stroll from Vistadunas. There is a Spar supermarket five to ten minute walk from the bungalow or a wider and a more varied shopping options can be found in the nearby Tablero or San Fernando. We also found the other owners/residents of Vistadunas to be very nice and descent. We can recommend Ms Liuda's holiday rental properties and she has always been a true , genuine, caring and hardworking lady. You can always contact and approach her at anytime for any enquiry or problem and she has been very quick to reply and sort out any issue you may have during your stay. Thank you Liuda for looking after us and for making our stay at your bungalow enjoyable. We hope to see you again soon.

Clean, modern, quiet and very nice pool area.

Very nice apartment with all you need. View to the pool area from the beautiful terrace. Everything is very new and clean.We were four people (two adults and two children) in the apartment, It is perfect for a family. Liuda is the most amazing host ever. She helps with everything and she really make you feel comfortable.

Great little base for our weekend away.

My friend and I had a great 'quick weekend in the sun' holiday at Liuda's apartment. The accommodation had been newly decorated and was very clean. We over-looked the very quiet and clean pool. We sat by the pool on the sun-loungers all day and also on the apartment's lovely patio at the table and had breakfast. The owner, Liuda, was amazing! She is much more than just the owner who hands over the keys, she was our tour-guide of the best local hot-spots and even our dance-floor companion! Thanks Liuda!
