Cipressino Villa Tuscany is a cozy and luxurious villa for up to 12 guests, located just minutes from the historic centre of Poppi, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, as recognized by I Borghi più belli d’Italia.
Guests will enjoy exclusive access to a spacious private garden and a private swimming pool with breathtaking views of the Castle of Poppi.
The Casentino Golf Club is only 2 km away, perfect for golf enthusiasts.

Outdoor Spaces
The large garden at Cipressino Villa Tuscany is partially shaded by tall trees and fully equipped with tables, chairs, sun loungers, umbrellas, and outdoor sofas, ideal for relaxing at any time of day.
The private pool (4 x 9 meters, 1.10 meters deep) is exclusively for guests' use and offers unmatched panoramic views of the Castle of Poppi and the surrounding countryside.

On the first-floor loggia, children (and adults!) will find an original Garlando foosball table, adding a touch of fun to your stay.

Bedrooms
The villa features 5 comfortable bedrooms:
2 double bedrooms (with TV)
1 single bedroom
1 triple room (1 double bed + 1 single bed)
1 quadruple room (1 double bed + 2 single beds)
All bedrooms have air conditioning and a wardrobe, while only the two double rooms are equipped with a TV.
To ensure a good night’s sleep, traditional Tuscan green shutters are installed in most rooms; the triple room has curtains instead.

All bedrooms are located on the first floor, except for the quadruple room, which is on the second floor.

Bathrooms
There are 3 bathrooms in total:
Bathroom 1 (1st floor): toilet, bidet, shower, and hot tub
Bathroom 2 (1st floor): toilet, bidet, and shower
Bathroom 3 (ground floor): toilet and bidet

Cipressino Villa Tuscany offers two fully equipped kitchens, in which you will find:

You’ll also find all necessary cooking utensils, plates, glasses, and cutlery to prepare and enjoy your meals.
Outside, in the ground floor parking area, there is a built-in concrete barbecue, perfect for grilling.

Indoors: both kitchens have a dining table for 6 people, and there is a large indoor dining room with a black marble oval table that can seat everyone together.
Outdoors: under the shaded veranda, there is a garden dining table ideal for al fresco meals.
