It is on the Beach, has fantastic views of the famous Calpe Penon and marina and of course the Blue Med Sea.
A completely enclosed Residential complex with Concierge and Security. It also has a fantastic large Pool with solarium area, Gardens, Padel Court, Social Club with a spacious living room, TV Room with fireplace, card game zone and a Fantastic private Restaurant
bar/cafeteria, over looking the beach, only for the Residents in the property.
The town of Calpe is a beautiful 10 minute walk along the promenade, there is also a bus and touristic train. Calpe has numerous restaurants on the beaches and in the village. It is a working fishing village where the daily catch can be seen coming ashore and can be eaten in the numerous fish restaurants within the port.

Why Calpe ?
LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION.................
I bought this property in Calpe as it is a unique opportunity to be so close to one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Spain. The situation is just perfect, walking distance to all amenities, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, etc...
You do not need a car here as you can walk to town along the promenade in a few minutes. The building is not too high & the apartment is on the 5th floor overlooking at our beautiful pool and the beach.
We purchased the property in 2021
