Madrid Styles - One-bedroom apartment:
Renovated apartment located on Calle Montera, between Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía.

The living room features an exterior window, a sofa, and a TV—perfect for enjoying a good movie after a long day of work or study in Madrid.

The bedroom also has an exterior window and includes a 150 cm bed, wardrobe, and desk.

Despite being in the city center, your new home offers a peaceful atmosphere that makes it easy to rest.

The bathroom includes a shower and is fully equipped.

The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, washer-dryer, and dishwasher.

Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels, and basic toiletries are all included.



AREA

Gran Vía, Plaza de Callao, Puerta del Sol, and Plaza Mayor are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.

From the apartment, you can easily walk to any central location in Madrid—Plaza Mayor and Gran Vía are only a few minutes away on foot.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

-Check-in after 8:00 pm incurs an additional charge of €25.

-Travel cots are available for hire at €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival.

-Tenants must present valid identification and a credit card upon check-in.

-No parties or similar gatherings are allowed in this accommodation.

-The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. Fantastic place and location

The place was extremely clean. The location was in a very quiet corridor that easy and safe to get too. I would stay there again and recommend to a friend.

Awesome location!!

This place was perfect for my wife and I for a 3 night stay in Madrid. If you stay here you must go to the Italian eatery about 20ft away, great food and great wine from 🇮🇹

The apartment is small but very comfortable. It’s in a great neighborhood with lots of food choices and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Well Stocked/Great Location

We enjoyed this apartment! Excellent location! It has all the things you need for cooking a meal, if needed, although we had all of our meals in the fabulous cafes nearby. Communication with the host (property management company) was very good. We'd stay here again. One caveat is the noise from the doors in the building when workers start their day...just so you know to expect this. Otherwise, the unit is protected, safe and quiet, and again - it's in a great location!

Property was comfortable and priced well. Noisy because businesses down below and door metal doors slamming till 11:00. Check in was 10 minutes away and coming from long trip not pleasant having to go office to pick up keys, even after coordinating arrival arrangements. Less busy place next time.

Vacation

This apartment was in the perfect location, charming, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The place had a warm feel, nice floors, and natural lighting was incredible and made the small space feel adequate for two. The bed was comfortable and had blackout blinds for sleeping in. The building is in a short “alley” between two streets. The alley had a few convenient small shops on the ground floor open during the day where I bought a mobile SIM card, some groceries, snack/drink etc. The building was very quiet at nights as the 2 big doors leading to the 2 streets are closed at 10pm (they give you a key) so it blocks out all the city noise. There are so many restaurants and shops all around, including the taxis just outside the alley. We walked everywhere in every direction and central location made it easy to go back to the apartment to relax before heading out to dinner. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect apartment in the best location in Madrid.

My husband and I were in Madrid for 9 days visiting our son who was studying abroad. Not only was this so more economical than booking a hotel room, it was so much better. This space is compact but had a comfortable bed, a lovely shower, a kitchen with a full refrigerator and dishwasher as well as a laundry machine. The location is in a private gallery between two busy pedestrian shopping zones. There are several shops down below but the gates to the public close around 10 pm ensuring a quiet night time environment. Our favorite of these shops was the Italian bar called La Bricca run the exceptional Davide de Venezia. The drinks, pizza, and appetizers were 100% authentic and we had numerous cocktails there as well. We were met upon arrival by Jose and were even able to check in several hours earlier than expected. The heating worked perfectly and we loved the two balconies as well. The best part however was the location. We were steps away from the Gran Via as well s the Puerto del Sol metro stops and right in the heart of Madrid. Almost all of the restaurants we went to were within a 5-10 minute walk. We enjoyed a nice run in Retiro Park which is a 20 minute walk away from the apartment. While there are a few panhandlers in the area, we always felt safe., even after dark. I would love to come back to this apartment. It was darling and again so unbelievably convenient. Thank you so very much . I would highly highly recommend this place for a short or even extended stay in madrid.

Only tiny complaints.

Overall it was just delightful. The place is really quite, quite small, but nevertheless very comfortable. Definitely not for more than an intimate married couple. It had everything we needed for a 4 night stay though, including a small but well equipped kitchen. The location is absolutely the center of everything, short walk to the vast majority of places you’d want to go as a tourist. Thought the address is on one of the VERY busy and noisy walking/shopping streets, the place itself faces a lovely passeo charming interior court and is absolutely silent. Everything worked as promised. Terrific stay. No elevator, but our place was on the (European) 1st (American) 2nd floor. Make sure to confirm that yours is the same if stairs are a problem. Didn’t inconvenience us though. Seems this company had quite a lot of these types of units around the city. Overall wonderful. Thank you!

Super clean. Isabel, the person who helped us check in, was super helpful and friendly. We were delayed at the airport and they were quite efficient and accommodating our delayed arrival. Same goes with Antonio, with whom we communicated via WhatsApp. Very close to Gran Via and Plaza del Sol. A bit small for US standards, but definitely big for European standards. Great bang for your buck.

Jose was an excellent host, his place was perfect for us. We spent three nights there as our final home base at the end of a three week trip and and not only did it have everything we needed, it was on a quiet alleyway (between two very busy streets) so we slept great through the night. I know other travellers have remarked on it being small but - we had four large bags between us and it was more than enough space. Super clean and excellent communication and again, location. Would stay again. Bonus points for the blackout shades - very comfortable and private.

We loved our stay! The location is perfect and easily accessible to the metro and other great locations in Madrid. The place is exactly as pictured and is very clean. We were fortunate to be able to check in very early and because it was early we got to see the host thoroughly check the cleaning job. They checked a lot of details like inside drawers and behind couch cushions. You can tell they put in the effort to ensure the place is cleaned very well.The host is super responsive via messaging too which is always valuable when using Airbnb. The exterior doors to the alley the apartment is in close at night which help reduce the noise at the apartment. As for reviews complaining about the noise, the noise is minimal and on par with any apartment building living scenario you’d regularly encounter, we had no issues.
