Great Location and room. A very nice room with cooking oil in case you need to cook. The property is very clean, the staff are kind, and the location is very close to the city center. If I visit Madrid again, I will definitely choose Plaza Mayor Suites.

Totally would book again given my experience on my next trip.

Location is super convenient. A lot of shops and restaurants within a short walk. The property manager communicated well on WhatsApp and is very responsive.. The door and elevator is a bit close. Not really noisy but can hear people once in awhile. Could use some more insulation but it isn’t too terrible.
