A holiday directly on the sea! The peculiarity of this apartment is its direct access to the beach, crossing only the Pinetina Catucci, which runs along the coast. The CEMBRO 3 two-room apartment is one of the five solutions available in the “Bordo Pineta” complex. Located on the second floor of a recently renovated building, it boasts a central and well-served location, as well as being 10 meters from the beach of fine golden sand. The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, balcony equipped with table and chairs with side sea view, the kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes, as well as dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob. .
