uitstekend appartement op mooie locatie!

Prachtig appartement, de foto's spreken voor zich. Ruime kamers, mooie keuken, voldoende sanitair. Het dakterras is een fantastische bonus. Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw, ook steeds bereikbaar voor informatie. Niet twijfelen!

Italien 2017

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr sauber und hat eine zentrale Lage. Man ist nicht weit vom Strand, Zentrum und diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten entfernt. Gebucht wurde es hauptsächlich wegen der Garage, welche aber leider etwas kurz ist. Habe trotzdem in ihr immer geparkt. Parkplätze sind das größte Manko in Pescara. Wetter hatte es zu gut mit uns gemeint. Frühstück auf der Terasse war auch bei Sonnenschirm zu warm. Paola war immer zur Stelle wenn man etwas Hilfe benötigte. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub, leider zuviel Privatstrand, habe den Schatten von Kroatien vermisst.

Excellent Accommodations

We have stayed here 2 years in a row - very clean, spacious, modern, perfect location, garage/parking (which is rare), terrace and balconies and all the amenities we could want. 100 m from beach, short walk to Tigre grocery, the outdoor mall, the piazza, and shopping district. It is also possible to walk to old Pescara to enjoy the restaurants and night life. Paola is a great, attentive host. We will definitely stay here again!

super sejour à Pescara chez paola!! tres bel appartement avec un garage conforme aux photos . à 100m de la plage et du centre(tres vivant) !! on fait tout à pied paola est tres gentil et elle est tres disponible pour ces locataires allez y les yeux fermés!!

Great place for a family

Do you want to stay in a great apartment 100 meters away from the beach? Do you like the privacy of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms? Then you really need to consider this apartment. We stayed a week with our 5y.o. daugther and her grandparents. A lovely stay with all the help we needed readily offered by Paola, a great host. We strongly suggest this apartment, especially if you like the idea to be a few meters away from it all: beach, shopping boulevards and restaurants. We will come back for sure!

Luxury?

I spent 6 days with my 5 friends in this apartment and must say that the location is very good, BUT: There were only 3 wine glasses (two alike and 1 different) and 4 espresso cups and the oven didn't work at all. There is only espresso machine, no coffee machine. The owner called once when we had forgotten the lights on overnight into the bathroom! The towels were old and staleness. The ironing board was broken. We taped it that we could use it. Wifi didn´t work in the apartment and the power outlets didn’t work in every room without the adapter. There were only few adapters. In the roof terrace the umbrella was broken and there were only few chairs and plastic table. And the distance from the beach is more than 100m at least 200m. These needs are not so big and wouldn´t cost much.

We arrived late in the evening because of our flight. We was well received by the owner. The apartment was clean and modern with nice and large rooms. It's very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The internet card (€20) is a mobile 3G USB that worked very well. Private parking in a garage on the ground floor. Try to keep car length under 4.40 m to get it inside easily. We were very happy with our stay and it's probably difficult to find a better place to stay in Pescara city centre.

"We stayed at the apartme...

"We stayed at the apartment from 14th to 21st of July. We saw the description and the pictures on the Homelidays webpage, and booked it because of the location, the size and the distance to the airport. We did a trip in the Abruzzo surroundings by rented car some days before we came to Pescara. The apartment was very nice; the rooms were perfectly clean and suited our company of six adults perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped and it was easy to understand gas cooking and Italian coffee making. The overall space of the kitchen and combined living room was very nice. The sleeping rooms were large with space enough for two people. The bathroom on the lower floor had a modern design with spa bathtub and shower. Upstairs it was a small bathroom with shower. We had problems with low water pressure, but I understand that this now fixed. That makes everything perfect. There is a nice roof balcony upstairs. We did not use the barbeque because of the hot weather. There are four balconies all together. The temperature was around forty Celsius degrees while we stayed there. That is the reason for not using the balconies very much. The fuses are small, but it is easy to learn how the reset them. It would have been better with a little more to go on the electricity system. The apartment is situated in a quiet, but very central area. It is only 100 meters to the beach, where we spend most of the time because of the hot weather by the time of our stay. We found our favorite beach where they had good small pizzas for lunch, good service and a swimming pool. The sea was not at its cleanest, but the swimming pool was excellent. There was a china restaurant nearby, where they had excellent food at a very good price both for lunch and in the evening. As I have written, it was a very warm period, warmer than in years, so the only trip outside the city we took was a bus trip to Chieti one evening. That was a nice town in the surrounding mountains. The other evenings we either made our dinner at home or found a restaurant in the city. The old town was not very interesting. It was not very old, and the restaurant we got table at, were a wannabe-gourmet restaurant with overprized, not at all good food. The restaurants we tried along the beach were all good, and we found two small, traditional and very good eateries not far from the train station. We had a very nice stay in Paola´s apartment, and Paola herself was wonderful. She did all she could to give us a pleasant stay. We will easily recommend this apartment to other people. "

"Family of 5 renting the ...

"Family of 5 renting the appartment for one week. Spacious, modern and clean appartment. Nice roof terrace with sun from morning to around 6 p.m.. Perfectly located in walking distance only one block from the beach, and shopping and restaurants nearby. Supermarked (Tigre) only 100 meters from the appartment. No traffic noise. The only negative thing with the appratment was the low water pressure (problem in Pescara generally) which made it somewhat difficult showering. Owner (Paola) is very helpful and friendly. Speaks fluently english and helped us with both getting a Wifi connetection and taxi to the airport. Very service minded !!! We recommend this apparment to anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday. - Lovely sandy beaches, umbrella at the beach around €25 per day. We stayed most days at the Trieste (first restaurant/umbrella rent from the appartment). That included 30 min rent of a pedal boat (with water slide) which the kids loved. Restaurant also have good pizzettas - Nice beach restaurants where we especially can recommend SoleLuna. Great pizza and seafood dishes. - Shopping in Corso Umberto - Great view of the beach/town and tasty food at the roof terrace restaurant at the Hotel Esplanade - Cafe Bernando (icecream, croissantes, drinks)and Cafe Venezia can also get our best recommendations. - If you hire a car Citta Saint Angelo is highly recommended. We enjoyed our stay in both the appartment and in Peacara town. "

Vacanza indubbiamente positiva. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Appartamento di dimensioni consone al nostro bisogno, arredato gradevolmente e dotato di ogni confort. Molto pulito e curato sia l'appartamento che il contesto esterno. Posizione estremamente strategica: pochi passi dal centro e dal mare ma in contesto silenzioso e tranquillo.Proprietaria sempre gentile e pronta a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta.
