The Residence Holiday Rendez Vous was born right in the heart of the city of Pineto, a few steps from the beach and the main street. Apartment 38, on the ARIA floor, third floor which can also be reached by lift from the main entrance of the Residence, boasts, at the entrance, a large and bright covered corridor, for exclusive use, which allows access to the apartment. The corridor actually extends the terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, facing west, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for those who want to enjoy the time outdoors. The three-room apartment consists of a living room with kitchen complete with accessories, dishes, crockery, fridge with freezer compartment, oven and gas hob, as well as a TV corner and sofa bed, even from the living room you can access the terrace. The sleeping area consists of 1 main bedroom furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe, with a balcony, the second bedroom with two single beds and 2 bathrooms, both with shower, one with washing machine. Just 50 meters from the Residence, passing through the historic pine forest that runs along the coast, you will arrive at the golden sandy beach, and just 10 minutes\' walk will take you to Torre Cerrano, an ancient port which is now the seat of the Marine Protected Area of ​​the same name \" Torre del Cerrano \". The Residence offers free access to the swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, Wi-Fi connection included, and to give you greater comfort, upon arrival you will find the first supply of bed linen and towels included in the price. The apartment is air conditioned. Internal parking or garage are available on request, for a fee.
