Ascending the open staircase, there is a mezzanine floor (with a height of 1.9m) with a comfortable double bedroom and an open closet. The stylish and thoughtfully designed interiors of Marea create an inviting atmosphere for guests to relax and unwind.

Having a car is recommended for reaching the property, and parking facilities are available. Marea provides a tranquil retreat where guests can immerse themselves in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast while enjoying the comfort of this boutique apartment.

Nestled in the hillside of Nastro Verde, Marea offers an ideal retreat surrounded by the hillsides and Mediterranean Sea views. This property provides a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility, situated in close proximity to local shops. Guests can savor culinary delights at charming restaurants and trattorie and unwind at bars that offer a taste of the area's lively atmosphere. Nerano Bay, renowned for its crystal-clear waters and picturesque coastline, is 8.4 kilometers away, offering opportunities for swimming and seaside relaxation. Additionally, the picturesque town of Positano is easily accessible from Nastro Verde, located approximately 14 kilometers to the southwest. The historic town of Sorrento is conveniently situated approximately 8 kilometers to the northwest.



Other Things to Note:

Arrival and Departure: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and an additional fee.

Tourist tax: €3 per adult per day, applied for the first 7 nights. This tax is required by the Municipality of Massa Lubrense and is payable in cash upon arrival.

Usage policy and allowed services

The property is designed exclusively for residential stays and a relaxed holiday experience. Any kind of events, private parties, or gatherings are not permitted.

Should you intend to use the property for any kind of commercial activity, such as photo shootings or filming, please inform Feeling Italy at the time of booking, as this is only possible with prior written approval.

External suppliers, including private chefs and catering services, are not permitted. All services must be arranged exclusively through Feeling Italy. Our Concierge team will be happy to assist in organizing tailored experiences and services during your stay.
