Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier richtig. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett, die Appartement sind sehr hübsch. Nur zu empfehlen und jederzeit wieder!!!👍

Beautiful and clean!

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s quite a drive up a rocky road to get to the place but worth it. The property is beautiful and super clean. It has all the amenities you need, and it’s great if you have kids (pool, bikes, playground, tennis court). It’s also central enough in Tuscany, allowing us to do day trips to Pisa, Florence, Volterra and the beach. Everyone is very nice and helpful - Giacomo was especially helpful and made some great recommendations on towns and beaches to visit. A very nice touch - when we arrived they provided us with essential groceries as well as the property’s lovely wines and olive oil. Only callout - in August it’s a bit buggy there so bring mosquito spray if you’re prone to getting bug bites.

Toskanischer Traum

Wir (2 Kinder, 2 Erwachsene, 1 Hund) waren zum zweiten Mal hier. Es war wie beim ersten Mal ein perfekter Urlaub. Traumhafte, ruhige Lage mit wunderbarem Blick über Meer & Hinterland. Das Appartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Anlage traumhaft - einschließlich Tennisplatz und Barbecue Platz. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Der Weg zur Tenuta ist ein nicht befestigter Schotterweg aber für die Lage lohnt sich der Weg! Wir werden sicherlich sehr gerne wieder kommen!

Beautiful appartment, beautiful location

When we drove up to the hill the first time to the property, we were amazed and suprised by the beautiful villa and the magnificent view. The appartement is perfect: spacious, clean, new, well equiped kitchen, very good beds, luxurues bathrooms and again, amazing views tot the see and the hills from all windows. It's very quiet and a little bit ''faraway", but we loved it and by car you can reach the highway and beach in 15 minutes. The swimming pool we will miss the most - again perfect, spacious, clean, beautifully situated on the nice venue. The owners are friendly, helpful and proud of the place they created theirselves (which we can totally imagine).

It's the place that you'll never want to leave

I can guarantee that this place will not disappoint. It is everything the owners said it would be and more. Everything from the hospitality of the family that owns it to facilities available for you to use are top notch. Centrally located to plenty of places to visit and things to see. Great restaurants nearby or very nice kitchen with everything you can think of if you choose to stay in. Admittedly our plans changed the minute we arrived, the serenity of Pakraven-Papi drew us in and we decided to enjoy a little more time on the grounds instead of fighting crowds and searching for parking in some of the larger/popular Italian cities. Be sure and plan to stay here awhile. Next time I book it, it will be a day of sightseeing followed by a day of rest on the grounds. Cannot say enough great things about this place, hands down the best place we rented on my families European vacation! A huge thank you to Chiara, Animeh and their wonderful family and staff.

Wunderschöne Tage bei Tenuta Pakravan Papi

Wir haben eben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht: + traumhafte Lage auf einem Hügel (ca. 200m Seehöhe) mit Panoramablick auf Küste, Meer und vorgelagerte Inseln (Capraia, Elba, bei guter Sicht sogar Korsika) + schöne, gepflegte, gut ausgestattete Anlage mit Riesen-Pool + sehr nette und gastfreundliche Eigentümerin, gleiches gilt für das Personal + Willkommenspaket für das 1. Frühstück im Kühlschrank, je 1 Flasche Rot- bzw. Weißwein vom Gut + Führung im Weinkeller und Weinverkostung der am Gut hergestellten Weiß- und Rotweine + am Abend bzw. in der Nacht selbst im Juli angenehme Temperatur 20-25 Grad, sodaß wir die Klimaanlage kaum eingeschalten haben Einzige erwähnenswerte Nachteile waren die Sand-/Schotterstraße zum Gut und die instabile WLAN-Verbindung - das konnte unseren ausgezeichneten Gesamteindruck aber keinesfalls trüben.

Simply the best!

One of the most beautiful views in whole tuscany! We loved the stunning pool and enjoyed the tennis court. The apartement was perfectly clean and in a standard we have never seen in italy before. Our landlords couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. They looked after us like we were friends. A perfect spot for a vacation! Thank you very much! We are planing to come again.

A magnificent Tuscan vacation apartment

The apartment was spacious, immaculate, well-equipped, and in a quiet hilltop location. They have thought of everything, and in a very tasteful manner. The rooms were stylish and the beds were very comfortable. It was a treat to find breakfast fixings in the fridge; the kitchen was modern and appliances easy to use -- it even had a dishwasher. Laundry facilities were a few steps away, along with outdoor grills. We were not able to enjoy the pool or tennis court but they were pristine. Plenty of terraces to just sit and enjoy the surroundings, and it was lovely to walk around the property. Access to expressways and main roads is nearby. Our view included the Mediterranean Sea as well as vineyards, olive tree groves, and breathtaking sunsets! The owner Amineh is a gracious and thoughtful hostess, multilingual and gave us a tour of the winery; staff member Giacomo was attentive and extremely helpful, always available if needed and providing suggestions for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The estate wines are exceptional! A very good value. We enjoyed a luxurious and wonderful stay!

Wonderfull accomodations !!

We had a wonderful time at Pakravan-Papi. The accommodation was very pleasant. Everything is new and in excellent condition. The scenery is just beautifully (with a magnificent overview from the hill-top over the Mediterranean Sea). The kids loved the (big !) swimming pool and had lots of room to play (inside and outside of the apartment). Furthermore the winery is located very well for various day-trips to Florence, Sienna, Pisa … And last but certainly not least: The hosts where very very friendly and most helpful. We will surely book this accommodations again when we will visit Tuscany. Plus: • Wonderful Scenery • Everything new and luxurious • Lots of room • Great swimming pool • Very friendly hosts • Good starting point for day-trips Min: • Internet not very fast/stable. Perhaps no wonder on the hilltop ;). But to be honest; this only bothered us upon arrival. After that we quickly forgot and just enjoyed the perfect escape to another world
