Taste of Devon Paradise

Escape to the country to Osbornes Cottage holiday house! Set in your own Devonian paradise of 2 acres, near Exeter and major travel links. The cottage is large and spacious with two bedrooms - one with king bed the second with a double bed and two singles. All modern conveniences, microwave, cooker, washing machine, Wi Fi, tv, stereo, coffee machine. Includes desking with seating area and patio heater for colder nights, fire pit, lawns, large parking area.

Set in 2 acres of drive, garden and paddock with a shallow stream running through. We have a11m X 5m heated outdoor pool available for guest use.

Weekend away

Lovely weekend stay with the family and our dog. The house and grounds were amazing, so spacious. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. We loved having the pool available to us as well. Lovely hosts and would definitely look to visit again.

Amazing mini holiday

The property was perfect for us. Clean with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kids loved the pool and the open space available to walk. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Exeter centre wasn’t far and all the touristy hotspots within 30 min drive

We had a lovely 3 days at the house. The owners were perfect hosts, welcoming, helpful and obliging. The house had every thing you could need and I am sure if it was missing something, they would be happy to accommodate!

Home from home in lovely grounds.

The property is clean, comfortable and with every attention to detail. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, going the extra mile to make us feel at home. The children loved the lovely gardens. The property is really conveniently located for Exeter and surrounding countryside. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful home, wonderful hosts

Susan and Tim are excellent hosts. They were very responsive and extremely helpful. The holiday cottage is really spacious and comfortable. Perfect for 4 adults, 1 toddler and a dog to holiday together. We enjoyed the pool, the dog enjoyed the stream and the toddler loved running around the giant garden. The location is great, a few mins drive from Exeter but feels rural with owls tweeting at night and buzzards overhead in the day. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Lovely property, well equipped, beautiful setting

This is an excellent place for a Devon short break and also a family holiday. The property was very clean and high spec, with lovely rooms - especially the bedrooms which are v large and v nicely furnished - and the decking/outdoor dining area and pool are a great addition to the package. The cottage is set in a very green and lush garden, and despite being helpfully close to major trunk routes for exploring exeter and the surrounding area, it feels like a real escape to nature spending time there. Hosts Susan & Tim are very friendly and helpful ! Property, setting, location for the town and the beach, holiday vibe - all ten out of ten ! :)
