Received a phone call on the drive down. Washer and dryer were broke, getting a new one on Monday.Got into condo, discovered AC was broke that night, terrible night of sleep as condo went to 8o degrees. Called hotline , no response. Called again an hour later, finally got the rep. Called service , they came out in afternoon, said they could not fix it with no authorization but did temp fix. Monday, W&D came , my wife stayed with rep and tech. Never tested it, she asked why, they said it was fine. Monday night, AC broke again, another miserable night. Called again and same tech sent out. This time he was authorized to fix and did. Took an hour. He said leaking freon from corrosion leaks. Tuesday, went to use W&D, did not work. Called rep, came out, water supply never turned on (would have noticed that with a test run). First 4 days, significant problems and 4 days waiting for techs. Good side, reps were nice and accommodating but needed better followup and we can't help but think AC issue was not new (listed in 2019 review).Rep told us they can monitor the temps from online but obviously no one did. The AC also does not work in bedrooms unless doors left open. Lack of decent size throw rugs too(?). Reps did help me out with printing some office docs in their office which was very nice. One brief mention of compensation, nothing afterwards. We have stayed at Sundial almost 3 dozen times in 20 years with various renters. Unit is pretty but smaller, one of the lesser we have stayed in for that price and the problems just accentuated it.Plus side pool closet is very handy. We were told had to be out by 10 am because cleaning crew gives unit extra attention when cleaning. Left at 11, no sign of cleaners.
