Featuring an enormous ovular pool with recreation spaces on either side, shuffleboard, community area, and more, you will enjoy a cornucopia of exciting experiences at your fingertips. In terms of layout, the master quarters are enormous and appointed with a large king bed and en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds perfect for sleeping children. For additional convenience, guests will most certainly also enjoy the oversized laundry room, located adjacent to the kitchen. 

In terms of location, Island Beach Club is central to all Sanibel has to offer, including Bailey`s supermarket, restaurants, shopping, and of course, the beach!

The Space:
This residence is a 1440 square foot two bedroom, two bath, condominium located on the West End of Sanibel Island. The condo features direct gulf views from a partial wraparound patio, a full kitchen with cookware, a walk in laundry and recreation room with sink basin, large living area with dining table, and a king/double twin bed configuration in the bedrooms.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING- THE TIME PERIOD AUGUST 15TH-OCTOBER 1ST 2022 HAS BEEN DRAMATICALLY DISCOUNTED AND MADE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS AT REDUCED PRICES BECAUSE THERE WILL BE A WATER PIPE PROJECT OCCURRING ON PREMISES. WHILE NO DIRECT INTRUSION TO GUESTS IS EXPECTED, THE COMPLEX IS ESTIMATED TO BE NOISY AND BUSY WITH CONTRACTORS DURING THIS TIME. PLEASE NOTE THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING. WE WILL NOT PROVIDE FURTHER DISCOUNTS ON YOUR STAY IF IT OCCURS DURING THIS PERIOD DUE TO NOISE OR CONSTRUCTION.

This residence is located on Sanibel`s West Gulf locale, one of the most beautiful and secluded on the island. Specifically, this residence is situated just East of the intersection of Tarpon Bay Road and West Gulf Drive.
