Thanks Raymond for the accolades of this newspaper sections, themed condo titled "Entertainment" from the Times-Picayune newspaper building used between 1890 - 1969. The location is in the middle of the City, so the reporters could get out to all the neighborhoods and communities for the stories to be published in the newspaper. These condos are not your typical, small, cramped residents in downtown New Orleans. Yes, these condos are larger than some homes, based on square footage of 1200 sqft in the downtown area is rare and so much larger than even the hotel suites. Thank you for noticing the high end touches in this historic building, full of exposed old brick, original windows and hardwood floors. Great suggestion, we usually leave a box of facial tissues in the condos, once it starts getting cooler. It stayed a lot hotter so much later this year, we just haven't ordered that shipment.
