La Casa Verde is located in a very quiet Residence with a truly suggestive landscape, a delightful Lounge Bar with a terrace overlooking the sea for excellent breakfasts, aperitifs and cocktails.
We are immersed in the "Blue Zone", a Longevity Hotspot, one of the places with the most centenarians in the world and where it is easy to meet grazing animals such as goats, donkeys and horses, to the delight of children.

The apartment, new and complete with all comforts, is on one level, has a side position, with living room, patio and larger garden, a pleasant outdoor shower with hot water and a comfortable hammock to relax reading a good book or admiring the stars.

All four-family villas are independent, each with direct access to the swimming pool for private use of the four houses.
THE POOL IS OPEN EVERY YEAR FROM 15 MAY TO 31 OCTOBER.

Accessible directly from the Residence, beautiful coves in pebbles and crystal clear water, good for fishing and snorkeling.
The Bay of Foxi Manna is only a few minutes walk, perfect for children, thanks to the fine white sand, its shallow and safe waters.
The turquoise and emerald water mirror the majestic red rock promontory overlooking the sea.
The free beach has the supervision of lifeguards and is equipped with kiosks, risto-bar, possibility to rent umbrellas, pedal boats and rafts.
The area is full of places of interest for unforgettable excursions, including archaeological sites (ancient nuraghe), land and sea caves, natural lakes with waterfalls, beautiful coves and beaches to explore.
Nearby, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and organic farmer products, genuine as in the past.

Absolutely loved this apartment. Beautiful setting. Villa was very well stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Lovely pool and gardens. The host, Vivianna, was really helpful. Perfect position for access to the beaches. This area is beautiful And very quiet. Need a car.Would recommend.

Beautiful setting, would stay again.

Viviana was an excellent host for our stay at her rental property. The place itself is a beautiful location and we were comfortable and adequately equipped for our stay whilst renting the property. The place has a clean and rustic feel and we enjoyed our Italian Moka coffee making every morning! The pool was a lovely and welcome part of our stay and very clean. We didn’t get to use the bicycles sadly as there were three of us but I imagine they would be great for exploring locally in slightly cooler temperatures. Two scooters for younger children too! There was a parasol for beach use. Our favourite beach ended up being the one closest (Foxi Manna?) as it’s very clean and beautiful and less crowded. The bar/cafe/restaurant near to the tennis court was a lovely location for a morning coffee and pastry. Or an evening meal. (Though be prepared for the mosquitos and bees! They’re over friendly!) We would happily come back and stay again and Viviana was excellent to communicate with and help in any way possible.

Unser schönster Urlaub auf Sardinien

Wir sind sehr froh, dass wir bei unserer Urlaubsplanung die Entscheidung für La Casa Verde getroffen haben. Als erstes ist uns die hervorragende Sauberkeit des Domizils ins Auge gefallen. Innen wie außen ist alles sehr gepflegt, auch der Bereich Grill und Außenspüle. Die technischen Geräte (Kühlschrank, Herd, Klimaanlage, etc.) funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Das Anwesen liegt sehr schön in einer terrassenförmigen Anlage mit Blick vom Patio aufs Meer. Morgens kann direkt im Pool schwimmen oder man betreibt es sportlicher und fährt mit dem Mountainbike an den Strand und dreht seine Morgenrunden. Alles prima. Unweit des Anwesens befindet sich eine Bar, Restaurant in erster Reihe mit Meeres- und Bergblick. Lage, Lage, Lage! Weitere Restaurants und kleine Supermärkte sind in der Nähe. Wir konnten uns mit selbst gegrilltem oder leckerem Auswärtsessen gut versorgen. Alles in allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und Sardinien wieder neu für uns entdeckt. Bei Rückfragen stand uns Gastgeberin Viviana immer prompt und hilfsbereit per WA zur Verfügung. Vielen Dank!

Ein gelungener Urlaub

Im großen und ganzen waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt in dem Haus zufrieden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war herzlich, nett und wir bekamen auf unsere Fragen immer sofort eine Antwort. Das Haus war soweit gut eingerichtet, ausgestattet und sauber, aber auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Einzig das in der Beschreibung angegebene Gäste-WC war nicht vorhanden. Das WLAN funktionierte, allerdings sehr langsam. Der Mobilfunkempfang im Haus ist leider auch etwas schlecht, was die Recherchen für die nächsten Ausflüge leider etwas eingeschränkt hatte. Dafür war aber der Ausblick von der Terrasse traumhaft. Der Pool, den man sich mit einem weiteren Haus teilt, war auch immer sauber und angenehm temperiert. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es nur kleinere Supermärkte und nicht allzuviele Restaurants, sodass man auf einen fahrbahren Untersatz angewiesen ist. Trotzdem können wir die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Das war sicher nicht unser letzter Urlaub auf Sardinien!

Amazing holiday

We stayed for a week here for a holiday with our nearly 2 year old. It was wonderful! House has everything you need (including a very comfortable cot for little one!), cute garden and a beautiful big and quiet swimming pool. 5 min drive to a couple of beautiful beaches which have a couple of bars / cafes / sunbeds etc. Viviana our host was incredibly helpful with all information about local options etc. and responded super quickly via whatsapp to many of my detailed questions! Would highly recommend.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in Strandnähe mit Pool

Wir haben zehn Tage im Juni in dem Haus gewohnt und haben uns von Anfang wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Einrichtung entspricht den Abbildungen auf den Fotos und hat unseren Geschmack getroffen. Der (Sand)Strand war fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen, schon nach wenigen Gehminuten ist man einem Strandanschnitt mit dicken Kieselsteinen, den die Kindern sehr abenteuerlich fanden. Weitere tolle Strände haben wir mit dem Auto angesteuert. Die Orientierung in der Wohnanlage fiel uns bei der Ankunft schwer, jedoch hat die äußerst nette Vermieterin eine ausführliche Beschreibung der Anfahrt geschickt, die man sich unbedingt vorher gut anschauen sollte. Die Vermieterin war jederzeit ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit und entgegenkommend. Sie hat uns auch mit guten Tipps rund um die Region versorgt.

Kleine feine Unterkunft

Alles sehr sauber, Kommunikation mit Vivian super unkompliziert und sehr gut bereits vor der Anreise. Das Reihenhaus ist klein und schon etwas älter, aber sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich wohnlich. Für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern sicher ideal. Positiv ist uns der sehr effektive Mückenschutz um das ganze Haus aufgefallen. Die Gegend ist toll für Ausflüge an tollen Strände und die nahegelegenen Berge. Vivian gibt gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Sehr schönes Häuschen, liebevoll ausgestattet. Kleiner Garten, schöner Pool. Tolle Lage mit Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Sehr schöner Strand (Foxi Manna) in direkter Nähe. Viviana ist eine super Vermieterin! Die Kommunikation per WhatsApp war schnell und unkompliziert und nett. Jede Frage wurde schnell beantwortet, Wünsche prompt erfüllt und wir haben tolle Tipps für den Urlaub bekommen (Ausflugsziele, Strände, Restaurants)! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Saubere, ruhige, sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft

Alles war hervorragend: Austattung, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin! Der geräumige Bungalow liegt innerhalb einer Ferienanlage. Zwei Häuser teilen sich jeweils einen Pool. Ausblick aufs Meer und die Felshügel. Wunderschöner Sandstrand/Bucht 8 min fussläufig. Etwas abgelegen von Tertenia. Ein Ort der Entspannung. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir hatten immer ausreichende Wlan-Verbindung. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. V.a. für Kinder, die gerne Fussball spielen (Fussballplatz auf dem Gelände verfügbar). Die Gastgeber sind extrem bemüht, dass alles passt und man sich wohlfühlt. Sie geben Infos zu Restaurants und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Wer selbst gerne kocht, findet einen top Gasherd sowie Backofen, Sandwichmaker, Spülmaschine und alle nötigen Utensilien vor. Also alles andere als eine spartanische Einrichtung! Lage ist für Sehenswürdigkeiten äusserst günstig.

Einfach mal Chillen

Wir haben eine wirklich schöne Zeit im Oktober hier verbracht. Man ist in ein paar Minuten am Meer und in ca. zehn Minuten an einem Strand gelaufen. Der Ort ist klein aber man bekommt alles was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis war unschlagbar. Wir hatten den Pool für uns und tolles Wetter, sodass wir ihn auch nutzen wollten. Der Kontakt zum Host vor Ort erfolgte über WA, war stets prompt und sehr freundlich. Wir fühlten uns immer gut betreut. Im Oktober ist es sehr ruhig hier. Man kann hier auch einiges unternehmen aber wir wollten diesmal einfach nur chillen und dass konnte man hier wirklich ausgezeichnet. Mit dem Klettergebiet Ulassai „vor der Haustür“ kommen aber auch Outdoor-Fans auf ihre Kosten. Wandern, Klettern, Mountainbike, SUP, Seekajak…die Möglichkeiten sind grade zu dieser Jahreszeit grenzenlos. Von uns eine echte Empfehlung.

Super Host and relaxing stay

My husband, my daughter and me spent a very nice week here at the end of September. Viviana contacted us before we arrived and gave us all the information we needed to check in. She also gave us good tips during our stay and was always available for us.The house is very well equipped and nicely and tastefully decorated, as is the terrace with the outdoor shower. Super Unterkunft und tolle Kommunikation

Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht für die Selbstversorgung und einen längeren Aufenthalt. Die Zeit da war super angenehm, die Außendusche mit wahnsinns Panorama, Sonne im Gesicht und warmen Wasser, Abend gabs ein Grillenkonzert zur Dusche - wirklich außergewöhnliches Duscherlebnis ;) (drinnen gabs auch eine Dusche, aber bei so einer tollen Alternative.... :) ) Der Pool super, die Kids haben ihn geliebt. Die umgebung ist tooll, schöner Strand, wunderbare Natur und Wanderung zu verschiedensten Orten und Landschaften gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin ist superfreundlich und antwortet bei jedweder Frage sehr schnell und wohlwollend (die Kommubnikation lief über whatsapp und Anruf - alles in Englisch). Wunderschön mit kleinen Mängeln

Als erstes muss ich die Betreuerin ( Viviana ) in den höchsten Tönen loben. Wir mieten seit 40 Jahren Immobilien, aber so gut wurden wir noch nie betreut. Nun zum Haus ! Die Beschreibung stimmt zu 100 %, bis auf drei Dinge. Das Haus ist kein Einzelhaus, sondern 4 kleine aneinander gebaute Häuschen. Der Pool ist kein Privatpool, sondern wird mit den anderen geteilt. Es gab zwar ein Gerät für WLAN, aber kein WLAN. Der Empfang ist in dieser Gegend nur in Strandbars, Lokalen oder bei den eigenen Geräten ( Cellular ) möglich. Hat mich aber drei Datenpässe gekostet ( 60 EUR ), da ich beruflich Internet benötige. Und das letzte. Es gibt zwar Fernsehen, aber nur Italienisches. Trotz dieser Dinge kann man das Haus weiterempfehlen. Die Gegend ist für Wanderer, Ruhesuchende, Fahrradfahrer, Wassersportfreunde und Motorradfahrer der Hit. Great relaxing stay in Sardinia

We had a lovely relaxing time in La Casa Verde. The landlady was very helpful and responded to all our messages immediately and supported us with advice on what to do in the area which meant we had wonderful stay.
