COD.IUN R6929 - Villa Viola is a stunning newly built villa with a private pool, designed for families or groups of friends of up to 8 people who want to spend their vacation just a stone’s throw from the beach without sacrificing space, comfort, and relaxation.<br>The villa is located just 500 meters from the beautiful Foxi Murdegu Beach, with its fine white sand and very shallow waters, ideal for young children.<br>Villa Viola features 3 double bedrooms—1 on the first floor and 2 on the upper floor— 2 bathrooms (1 upstairs and 1 on the first floor), a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a double sofa bed and a Smart TV, a terrace with a table and chairs, and a relaxation area with outdoor furniture and a Weber grill for fantastic evening barbecues.<br>The kitchen features: an induction cooktop, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, mini-fridge, dining table, and 6 chairs.<br>All rooms are air-conditioned, and each bedroom features a Smart TV and spacious closets for clothing.<br>From every bedroom, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and hear the sound of the sea and smell the scent of the ocean.<br><br>Outside, you’ll find a large private pool with a spacious sun deck furnished with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower, and plenty of room for children to play.<br>A shaded outdoor veranda with a table and chairs for lunch or relaxing evening dinners by the pool will be your favorite spot in the villa.<br><br>Free high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking round out the villa’s amenities.<br><br>Bed linens and house linens are included in the price, as are final cleaning and utilities (water, electricity, gas, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning).<br>A housekeeper is available upon request during your stay for an additional fee of €15.00 per hour.
