Beautiful country house near Es Mercadal. It has a private swimming pool and capacity for 3 people.
This beautiful country house is ideal for those who want to enjoy peace and quiet. In its bucolic exteriors, surrounded by fruit trees, you will find a 9x3m chlorine swimming pool with a depth of between 1.40m and 1.80m, perfect for cooling off. Next to it, 4 comfortable sun loungers will allow you to relax in the sun. On the porch, which has a barbecue, you will be able to prepare and enjoy pleasant family meals. The property is fenced and the privacy is total.

The interior of the house, divided into two floors, offers everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay. The ground floor presents an open space where you will find the kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob and equipped so that you can cook all kinds of dishes, the dining room and a living room with fireplace and TV. On the first floor, which you can access through a staircase, you will find 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, both with fan. On the same floor is the bathroom, which has a shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a highchair and a cot.

The property is close to several areas of interest. The magical village of Es Mercadal is only a few kilometres away. Located in the heart of the island, it preserves all the Menorcan essence and is perfect for strolling among its white buildings and enjoying the best restaurants to delight yourself with typical dishes. If you would like to learn a little more about Menorcan culture, you can visit El Toro, where you can enjoy panoramic views of Menorca. Finally, we recommend you to visit the Macar de Sa Llosa Natural Park, which offers an incomparable maritime landscape and where you can enjoy the Mediterranean in all its magnificence.

Peaceful and beautiful rural stay

This villa is perfect for a rural stay. We had a couple of wet days and found the villa a little cold for that atypical weather and maybe an electric heater would be helpful for early and late bookings but overall fantastic and just what we wanted. Hope to stay again.

It’s in such a beautiful location and so quiet.

We just had a lovely week at the house. It’s in such a beautiful location and so quiet. We just loved listening to the birds and watching the Kites. Planning to return next year for another week. It is quite simple and rustic inside and the mattresses were quite firm but it’s the location that really stands out. Beautiful flowers in the garden too. In a word, peaceful.

Wonderful views and Swimming Pool in a shared house

This property is not a house. Your title and listing is misleading. Our main issue is we would not have booked had we known it is a shared house where our bedroom is over a room of the people who live in the same property. Privacy and quiet is important. Further the garden is surrounded by people very close by in their gardens and working on their fields. The kitchen needs better equipment, a set of chopping boards, the existing one is unhygienic, a set of spatulas and spoons there is no wooden or serving spoon. The plastic on the kitchen table is not okay to replace with a plastic tablecloth is a good idea. All this would improve the property. The pool and terrace are lovely.

Scenic and tranquil

Beautiful setting off the beaten track. Trees and flowering shrubs all around. Orchards in surrounding area, where friendly landowner busy working early and late in the day. Idyllic pool area for watching birds and insects busily flitting about. Frequent appearance of small lizards scurrying around. Very hot weather, so the pool was extremely welcoming. Make sure you have supplies of bug deterrents as bites were a regular occurrence. So pleasant, relaxing on the shady terrace enjoying a leisurely meal. Loved sitting there having our breakfast, watching all the wildlife and taking in the view. Picturesque Fornells is a short drive away, where you can walk along the front admiring all the boats, explore the shops, enjoy a coffee or meal, looking out to sea. The property was clean and comfortable, just a little tired in places (one or two things could do with a bit of attention). Maybe more efficient fans would be an improvement but all in all, we loved the house and it's surroundings and enjoyed a wonderful holiday.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick über das Grundstück hinaus ist sehr schön. Da es eine ländliche Gegend ist, ist es dort sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist etwas spärlich ausgestattet. Es gibt ein Hinweisschild, das Wasser nicht zum Trinken zu benutzen. Stilles Wasser zum Tee-oder Kaffeekochen muss gekauft werden.

Séjour à la Casa Dina

La Casa Dina est très bien située dans la partie nord de Minorque. La maison est dans un endroit très calme loin du tumulte des stations balnéaires de la cote. Elle est située un peu en retrait dans l'ile dans la verdure à 10 minutes de plages tranquilles. La maison est très propre et correctement équipée. Toutefois une petite base de consommables comme nous avons l'habitude d'avoir dans nos précédentes locations Abritel à notre arrivée aurait été bienvenue.

Die Casa Dina war perfekt für uns zwei

Die Casa Dina war perfekt für uns zwei, wenn man so wie wir die Ruhe sucht. Sie liegt in wunderschöner Natur - muy tranquillo - man hört nichts außer Vögel und Schafe - einfach herrlich. Abseits vom Tourismus, genau das haben wir so genossen und mit dem Auto ist alles in Kürze erreichbar. Besonderes liebevoll eingerichtet alles da, was man braucht und der Pool war wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt Die Abwicklung mit Vacalia.com hat auch hervorragend geklappt, vielen Dank. Empfehlen wir gern weiter!
