明るく広々としたこのエアコン完備のアパートメントは、ソンパルクゴルフコースの中心にある大きなスイミングプールのある手入れの行き届いた小さな住宅の1階と最後の階にあります。

非常に静かな南に面しており、エアコンと2人用の設備が整っています（洗濯機、食器洗い機、新しい電子レンジ、DVDプレーヤー、Hi-Fiシステムなど）。

アパートで無料のプライベートWI-FI接続を利用できます。

アパートメントレベルのテラスと、アパートメントの屋上にあるプライベートサンルームをお楽しみください。スイミングプール、ゴルフコース、周辺の田園地帯のユニークで遮るもののない眺めをお楽しみいただけます。

Relaxing quiet holiday

The property is perfect for a quiet holiday in the lovely Son Parc area. The balcony has the best view of the golf course. Easy to get to and about the island . The accomadation has all you need with great air conditioning. On our visit early July it was very peaceful and the pool was clean and always empty. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

It is a compact space. Unfortunately there were ants and lots of mosquitos in the apartment. There are many steps from the parking spaces to the apartment. Nadine was very helpful in making it possible for us to check-in late due to a delay in our flight.

Accommodation

Communication between landlord was not very good. Location description as well. What bothered us most was that the landlord asked us shortly before the start of the trip whether we need bed linen and towels and this at an extra cost of € 25. This belongs in the description of the accommodation.

Super logement !Très bien placé sur l’île, central, il permet d’accéder facilement à tous les points d’interêt.Toutes les commodités sont à proximité. L’accueil et la communication ont été excellents. Le logement est bien équipé. Les terrasses sont superbes. Parking facile. Je conseille fortement d’y séjourner et y retournerais avec plaisir.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour ; l’appartement est fonctionnel et il y a tout le matériel nécessaire . J'ai eu l'occasion de loger chez Stéphane pendant mon séjour de 10 jours à Minorque, l'appartement est idéalement situé, calme et très bien équipé. Stéphane est très soucieux du bien-être et confort de ses hôtes pendant le séjour. Je recommande vivement :-)

Séjour à Minorque

Le logement de notre hôte a eu un dégât de dernière minute et il était temporairement inhabitable. L'hôte nous a relogé et sa réactivité, gentillesse et compréhension étaient exemplaire. Je suis convaincue que le logement doit être à cette image. Merci pour cette belle expérience.

Très bon séjour au Nord de Minorque

L’appartement est situé dans une résidence calme et propre, avec piscine extérieure. Très agréable ! Le balcon fait face au golf, où des paons se baladent librement. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine, entre piscine et mer. La plage la plus proche est à 5min en voiture. Des ventilateurs au plafond de la chambre et du salon permettent de rester au frais, et ont été très appréciables. La cuisine est correctement équipée, la douche a l’italienne est grande et pratique. En bref un très bon séjour, et des échanges très faciles avec Stéphane. Pensez à prendre l’option pour le linge de maison et de plage ! Qui évite de prendre les serviettes dans l’avion.

Siamo stati una settimana presso il residence Albatros in Son Parc. Ambiente davvero tranquillo, appartamento spazioso con una fantastica terrazza che da sul giardino interno del residence e sulla piscina. Stephane il proprietario davvero gentile e super disponibile nel rispondere alle nostre esigenze. Unica nota particolare: Nel vicino campo da golf convivono parecchi pavoni, che al mattino presto ti danno la sveglia! Per noi è stato un bene perché ci hanno permesso di sfruttare a pieno tutte le giornate!!!

Menorca: un paradiso di natura e tranquillità

Appartamento carinissimo, faticoso da raggiungere (diverse rampe di scale!!) ma con un terrazzo da cui godere il tramonto tutte le sere!! Con ogni comfort, in un posto bellissimo, immerso nel verde (fronte campi da golf). Piscina meravigliosa a disposizione. Sto già organizzandomi per tornarci il prossim'anno!

We spent several journeys on the various islands of the Balearic Islands (Majorca, Minorca, Ibiza, Formentera).
We fell in love with this paradisiac island which is totally different from the other islands of the archipelago of the Balearic Islands.
Indeed, Minorca is not as concreted as the other islands, the nature is dominant thanks to the referencing of the island in the UNESCO as Reserve of the Biosphere. The landscapes are breathtaking. The island has an incredible number of beaches with white and fine sand. The inhabitants are very welcoming. The peace reigns over the island. Numerous activities are proposed for everyone.
On Menorca, we chose to buy this apartment for its ideal localization within the island close to the airport, the beaches, the golf, the shops, the 2 main cities of the island.
This residence is very pleasant, in a green setting with a very beautiful swimming very close to the beach.
