Situated on a one-way street with no disturbing traffic, this modern 80m² (plus a 24m² terrace) accommodation offers the perfect blend of relaxation and proximity to the beach, restaurants and Nerja's lively centre. Outdoors and Terrace
Casa Fredelina welcomes you with a fantastic 24 m² patio in a southwesterly position, which is bathed in sun from morning to evening - perfect also in autumn, winter and spring. The patio is equipped with a sturdy Weber gas barbecue (2022), a dining table with four comfortable chairs, two sun loungers, an electric awning and a parasol, making it ideal for meals, sunbathing or evenings under the stars.
Just 25 meters from the house is the association's communal pool area, surrounded by sun loungers and a terrace where you can enjoy a refreshing dip during the day and early evening. The pool is an oasis for both adults and children, and its proximity makes Casa Fredelina extra convenient.
Interior
The ground floor offers a bright open plan living area with an elegant light marble staircase. The spacious living room has newly installed air conditioning and a 42” flat screen TV with Chromecast Ultra for streaming. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, water purifier (so you don’t have to carry water bottles) and even a sous vide. A handy guest toilet is also located on this level.
The second floor houses two newly renovated bedrooms with a total of three beds (one double bed and one single bed), both equipped with new air conditioning units and metal blinds to regulate the sunlight. Built-in wardrobes, sliding doors, a chest of drawers and a small safe offer plenty of storage. The fresh bathroom, renovated in 2016, has a shower, toilet, sink and smart storage solutions.
The studio (20 m²) in the basement is a separate unit with its own entrance, perfect for larger groups (automatically included for 5-6 people). The studio has a double bed, air conditioning, clothes rack and a spacious bathroom (7 m²) with shower, toilet and sink.
NOTE: To access the studio, the number of adults must be more than 4. So if you book 5-6 people, the studio will automatically be included.
