CHALET EL CREVER - FAMILY AND FRIENDS

Villa El Crever is a charming villa, situated in an unbeatable location, 5 minutes drive from the picturesque village of Pollensa and 4 minutes from the beautiful beach of Puerto Pollensa.



This charming three bedroom villa has a private pool, garden with lawn, and a large terrace with barbecue where you can enjoy the best mountain views while enjoying dinner with family and friends.



The entrance welcomes us with beautiful plants and a spacious place to park up to three cars outdoors.



The large porch with armchairs invites us to enjoy a good book, or a good chat with family and friends.



Enter to find an open flowing interior with beautiful wooden beams on the ceiling. A large dining room with its table and chairs, to the left is an open kitchen with everything you need to prepare a delicious breakfast or an exquisite meal. To the right is the living room with a sofa, and the TV to enjoy a movie or any program. Wifi is included in the whole house.



On the same floor to the right of the living room, we find a full bathroom with shower, and on both sides of the bathroom a double bedroom and a room with twin beds. Both bedrooms of light colors, with large storage space for clothes, have direct access to the pool and garden.



From the living room, a staircase leads to the mezzanine where there is an open bedroom with two twin beds and a newly renovated bathroom with a shower. From this room, you can access the large terrace, which offers majestic views. Outside, there is another bathroom with a shower.



All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. To enhance your comfort, they are available to be used at any time during the day and night.



Take advantage of the beautiful outdoor space and prepare delicious culinary creations with the barbecue! While simmering steaks, vegetables or fresh fish, you can easily laugh with friends, share a nice glass of local wine at the table in front of the pool, sunbathe in one of the sunbeds or simply enjoy the beautiful 8.10 m x 5.50 pool in a more than cozy atmosphere. There is also a bathroom with outdoor shower.



Villa El Crever is located between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. The old town of Pollensa can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. In the picturesque village of Pollensa you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants, bars and many traditional stores. Every Sunday you will find the open air market with a variety of fresh produce, fruits, plants, and much more.



You can also visit Puerto Pollensa, located 4 minutes from the Villa, an ideal place to relax on the beach, practice water sports such as kayaking, jet skiing or a boat ride. Dive a little deeper in Cala San Vicente for its crystal clear waters.



The use of a car is recommended to move around freely and make the most of your stay, as there is much more to explore around Villa El Crever.
