It is situated in afamily house in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with Rovinj city center and Punta Corrente pine forest andbeach in the walking distance.The nearest beach (Monte Mulini) is located in 5 minutes walking distance. The interior size amounts to60m2 and the terrace/balcony is 12m2. It is located on the 1st floor.
The Apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single attached beds, 2 bathrooms with shower, a comfortable living room with a sofa-bed (can be used as an additional bed for 1 person) and a dining area, a completely equipped kitchen and a sunny balcony.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartmentis an ideal place for families/friendsto spend the holidays.
Everything you may need is at walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes. With the town center at a 7-10minute walk distance, plenty of beaches at reach in just a few minutes, somedining options, bars and shops in the neighbourhood, an excellent all roundRovinj experience is assured.
A private parking place is available. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

The property is beautifully located to central Rovinj which is why we selected it. Rovinj is a such a lovely place to visit and we loved the vibe and restaurants. We were expecting basic/rustic accommodation but this is in need of updating - possibly hasn't been updated in 20 years. Springs in master bed were painful and the cooking utensils were very old and not clean. Depressive feel to property and after researching we could have achieved a much higher quality accommodation for the price we paid. The air conditioning is only in the master bed. A microwave would have been useful and kettle was old and not working correctly.

Contesto e spazi oggettivamente molto buoni. Cucina minimale di prima necessità comunque sufficiente per brevi periodi. Non è possibile lavare indumenti. Lavandini piuttosto piccoli. Arredamento minimale e un po’ démodé. Segnale Wi-fi molto basso. Pulizia mediocre. Host cordiale al check-in e molto reattivo nei contatti. Purtroppo, per quanto si prodighi a trovare soluzioni, l’organizzazione collegata ai servizi è limitata.

Große Wohnung mit schönem Balkon

Für uns hat alles gepasst, wir haben uns die 2 Tage dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur ein Wasserkocher fehlt! Supermarkt ist fast nebenan, sehr praktisch. Ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand Mulini, zum Busbahnhof ca. 10 Minuten.

Glorious residence!

Igor place was fantastic, very spacious, with a great style, in a very quiet location, not in the tourist crowd centre but at walking distance from beaches, supermarket and good restaurants. Igor was great in let us in a bit earlier than due, and it helped us a lot, as we were travelling with small babies. All and all it was a fantastic choice that I recomend to everyone
