We had a great stay at the flat and Bella was a fantastic host. Great local tips and guides. She even set up a Christmas Tree for our holiday stay.The flat was very comfortable and well located with tube stops within 5 minutes walk.Quiet and safe neighborhood with shopping nearby.Overall a great experience.

The house was very clean and well cared for. The house was a home with comfortable furniture. The owner has taken the time and effort to createvideos of how to use the amenities of the home which is very helpful. In addition to the instructional videos, there were maps and recommendations for restaurants and activities. The home is very close to tube station Shepards Bush and Westfield mall. Neighborhood is also quiet and not a party location. Would recommend and stay again. Host I was easy to contact and wants to ensure stay is pleasant and enjoyable.

We had a great stay! The townhouse is cozy, clean and well appointed. The location was ideal - on a safe, quiet street just a short walk to the Central line. Arabella was an excellent hostess! She provided us with a wealth of information on the area and London and was very responsive. We would stay again for sure.

I have used VRBO for many trips and one of the most important items to me is the host. I want to feel comfortable with communication, ease of check in/out and also helpful information about the rental and area. Bella exceeded every expectation as a host and was so helpful to us all. She met us at the VRBO and explained how to use items, the area, and made us ladies traveling international feel at home. This home is just as described and very comfortable and a great place to spread out with friends or family. Her place is super clean and the beds were all very comfortable! Last, the location is incredible with the mall near and train station! Everything is walkable!

Perfect stay in London

This property is nestled on a quiet, residential street less than a five minute walk to the tube and many bus lines. The owner was present to greet us at check-in and provided many tips for travel and sightseeing.

A Beautiful British Stay

Wonderful host and a lovely home in a neighborhood near the Tube and around the corner from a major shopping center. The house is spacious, with room to spread out and a delightful garden. Highly recommend it and would return during our next visit.

Fabulous!!!

My sister, niece and 11 year old great nephew stayed for a month in Bella’s house. We had such a great experience! The house was perfect, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a beautiful outside patio and fully equipped kitchen. We were less than a 10 minute walk to 2 tube stations, the bus stops and the train. It was so convenient as we were on the go every day. The largest mall in the UK was also less than 2 minutes besides fabulous shopping there were 2 grocery stores and great restaurants. The street is so quiet it’s hard to believe you are that close to everything.Bella is a fabulous host! You can’t go wrong staying here!!

Hostess with the mostest!!!

I cannot say enough about my stay at Bella's place, starting with how amazing she was with providing an extensive amount of information upon booking to assist me with planning. She continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5 and the location was close to everything. I would highly recommend considering staying at Bella's, even if it is just to experience what a true "Super Host" really means.

London Family Vacation

We spent a week touring London and the home was perfect for what we needed. It has a great kitchen/dining area and a really quaint outdoor patio. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and our host made sure we had everything we needed. The neighborhood is really quiet and felt very safe. The underground station is just a 3 minute walk and there is tons of shopping and dining in the area. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it.

Wonderful home in a wonderful neighborhood!

We stayed at Arabella's home--three couples and a toddler--and had a wonderful time! The house was well stocked and comfortable. Everything felt very clean. The large dining table lent itself to long dinners that went late into the night. The neighborhood around the home was fun to explore and close to various modes of transportation. Would love to stay here again if we return to England with a large group!

Wonderful West End location and host

My husband and two sons stayed at Arabella's flat for two weeks in Spring 2024 and had a wonderful stay. Arabella could not have been more helpful in helping us plan how to get to her flat and shared ideas and tips for our visit in London. She had instructions for everything in her home, which was on the perfect quiet street, but close to two underground stations and several bus stops and eating options. I would highly recommend to anyone who was considering a stay here.

Clean, Convenient, and Quiet

This property was perfect for our 10 day visit. It was close to the Underground and Overground, tons of restaurants, walking distance to the local market and tucked away so it wasn't on a super busy road. Arabella was such a wonderful host, she met us early and showed us around the home, but also the area...even supplying us with essentials for our mornings. I can't stress enough how lovely the accommodations were, how friendly our host was, and the numerous options we had for good and different food nearby each day. We had such a lovely time and would recommend to anyone and everyone!

This property was very nice! The description on the website was accurate and we enjoyed staying here. The owner was very accessible and was very eager to help us any way she could. The location of the property was very convenient for access to the tube and a huge shopping mall. Groceries, pharmacies, local eateries and pubs were all within a short walking distance. We will definitely consider this property again if we plan to travel to London.

Peaceful neighborhood near Underground Station

This is a comfortable home on a peaceful street with all the amenities you would need. You could not find an owner who cares more about you enjoying your stay. There is a killer breakfast spot a 3 minute walk away and plenty of options for meals at the most gigantic shopping mall you have ever seen only a couple of blocks away. The Underground station is also a short walk so you can get to anywhere in London very easily from here. This is a good place to choose.

Amazing house, amazing host!

We have a fantastic stay in London. Bella was an amazing host and made us feel like home. She gave her best to make our stay unforgetable. The house is perfectly connected to the tube/train/bus and at the same time in a quiet residential area. Everything in the house was perfect, 3 big bedrooms and a big dinner table to share the moments with friends or family. The place has a lot of light and was very clean. We will come again in our next visit to London!

Very good west side, 5 day stay

Great hostess for information and communication. Very good location for a non-central stay in London. Access to a few tube lines makes it easy to get places without major hustle and bustle on your doorstep. Wasn't sure about the mall...but having some restaurants so close comes in handy after a day of exploring. Plenty of more 'local' options to dine at plus grocers nearby. Home had everything we needed. Slept our families comfortably. Loved the little outside space. Perfect to relax for a drink after a long day. Would stay there again.

Just Lovely!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, clean and updated home -- everything was just lovely! Bella went out of her way to meet us upon our arrival and was so helpful with info about the neighborhood and our luggage arrangements. Our family of five appreciated the spacious kitchen and dining area, the four bedrooms, and the endless hot water in the bathrooms. The home was on very quiet street yet only a short walk to the Shepards Bush tube and bus stations, a supermarket and the Westfield mall which offered a great assortment of outdoor cafes and restaurants. Being close to the Central tube line was also very helpful in getting around London easily and we even took the tube from Heathrow which was convenient and fast. We would definitely recommend this home to our family and any visitors looking for a spacious, clean and comfortable place to stay.

A fabulous house. Warm friendly and very comfortable. Very clean and in a great location.

The house was everything and more. Wonderful host, Bella couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The house is close to public transport, and Westfield Mall, which has both high end and high street shops. Easy to get into central London by either tube or bus. The beds were all extremely comfortable, and the living area great. A good kitchen and it was lovely to have a big kitchen table. A lovely outdoor area, with large doors that open out to it. The house had good security and we felt very safe. A quiet street, and just a short walk to tubes/ mall/ supermarkets etc. We spent a great month in the house and would have happily stayed longer. I have absolutely no negative comments to make. A real gem.

Excellent Accomodations and Location

Our hostess, Arabella, gave us a personal tour of her lovely home and showed us the ins and outs of using all the applicances, which are different than what we are used to in the US and Canada. The tube was an easy few minute walking distance, the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms, one with a tub, suited our needs perfectly. She took us on a short tour as we were heading to grocery shop and pointed out restaurants, the mall and the grocery all also a few minute walk from her home. We used Uber, and never had any issues with drivers arriving at our location. We were four adult women and each had their own bed. One bedroom is a twin and is a tiny room, which I used, and shared the wardrobe in the beautiful room next to it. This was easy and not an issue, as the wardrobe had plenty of space.

Family trip to London

Six of us were traveling to London so I was hoping to find a place to rent with 4 bedrooms. I was so happy that Bella's place was available. So convenient to transportation lines and lots of places nearby for shopping and dining. We arrived before check in time and were fortunate enough to be able to get into the property to drop our bags. Bella provided us with so much information about the neighborhood, restaurant recommendations, highlights of the city and so much more. Her communication was above and beyond. By the end of the trip I felt like we were old friends. As for the property, we had plenty of space for six of us to move around and be comfortable. We were a party of 4 twenty something's and two parents. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathrooms were nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. There was a lovely garden that we unfortunately didn't get to use as we stayed in January and the weather wasn't great for time outside. And the neighborhood was quiet o we could rest up at night for our days of touring. Such a great place. And Bella was nice enough to provide us with a great welcome basket.

Music-minded mother of one, also working in media/music. My charismatic little daughter and we split our time between this home in London and half in a little cottage in the Cotswolds… I can't live with out without my Apple Mac computers, a swimming pool nearby, London's cultural offerings... and of course my daughter. Not necessarily in that order! I'm house proud and keep things rather clean and tidy, but I would hope that's a good thing!

I love West London! Shepherd's Bush is just a bit further west than Notting Hill and Holland Park, so natives would argue it's just that bit cooler and more cosmopolitan...

Fun fact: the area is called Shepherd's Bush because it was (in the 19th and early 20th century) a pasture for shepherds on their way to sell their sheep at the still famous Smithfield market in East London.

The house itself has just been refurbished - new kitchen, underfloor heating, well-equipped and quiet, in a family neighbourhood, but only a few minutes from the bustle of Uxbridge Road which is a bit like NYC's 42nd Street!

The house is also less than 5 minutes to the tube which takes you into the centre of town in 10 minutes. It's also less than 5 minutes to to Westfield (Europe's largest shopping mall, for the initiated - for those who are less shopping-oriented, it's still fantastically convenient for restaurants, groceries (the wonderful Waitrose), the Apple Store, John Lewis...) the BBC, grocery stores, every kind of restaurant you could imagine, parks...

If you book I have a welcome pack with pdfs that list all the best local restaurants, where to swim, do yoga, take your kids to run around...

I love that you can open the back doors to the patio and have the whole space open. It's also a really cosy house, with a large open plan living/eating area so it's a sociable place to be with your family and friends. I take great pride in providing hotel-style deliciously comfortable beds with crisp white linen and fluffy white towels, combined with a homely feel. It's so central and easy to get into central London via the tube which is a 3-minute walk away via the shortcut...

And Westfield is so handy. It has an Apple Store, a John Lewis, a Waitrose, a Boots and a Zara. And hundreds of other stores. That's me covered :)
