Welcome to your holiday home in Albufeira about 3 km from Praia dos Alemães!



This spacious 5-bedroom villa in a quiet area is the family retreat you were looking for. Picture yourself relaxing by the outdoor sun loungers, enjoying alfresco dinners from the charcoal BBQ, or playing ping pong and snooker with the family after beach days. Nestled with easy access to shops, restaurants and the Algarve beaches, it's ideal for groups of 10.



Step inside to five air-conditioned bedrooms ground floor King suite with private bath (shower tub), single room and guest WC; first floor with versatile twin/Super-King suite, King suite, and triple single suite all with private baths (4 tubs total), so everyone rests comfortably. Five bathrooms mean no holiday morning queues.



The fully-equipped kitchen has a handy dining area opening to the garden, ideal for casual meals. A cosy living room with fireplace, sofas, cable TV and unlimited Wi-Fi is for evenings together.



Guests love the generous outdoor spaces comfy loungers, family dining area, BBQ, ping pong and snooker table for all ages.

Lovely place, very close to a big store that catered for all our shopping needs. Under 10 minutes in a taxi to town. Swimming pool and all outdoor spaces are great. there was a few things that need some attention inside but all round, very satisfied with our stay here.

Great place to stay. Pool table and table tennis was a big win. Lots of space and comfy beds. Walking distance to great places nearby. Responsive host. We’re accommodating to let us drop off bags early and check out later. Would stay again.

Superb stay everything was clean.

We had all our family including 8 adults and 1 grandchild. First impressions was that it was perfect for our family event. The swimming pool was shallow at one end and about 8 feet in the deep end- again perfect for us. Table tennis, darts and pool table was an added bonus. Unfortunately there was negatives, I was told on arrival that we were unable to use the front door for the week. Also we couldn’t close the front gate as it locked and was very difficult to open once locked and therefore left it open all week. In summary perfect property but a few things require some work and it would be perfect.

The villa was exactly as described, perfect for our group of 9 for a family holiday.

The pool table was well used as was the swimming pool by us all. There was plenty of space for us to come together and also be alone on a balcony for some quiet time. The location was perfect for us, a short uber ride to the old townthe strip for the youngsters and a 4 min walk to the Intermarche for supplies. The BBQ was also well used. No complaints at all we had a great stay and hope to return again It would have been nice to have aircon in the living room as we were plagued by mosquito bites every evening outside but it was too hot to be inside. Aside from that and the showers being a little temperamental it was a great holiday and we would definitely return again with the familylook at other properties with you. Thanks for being a 1st class host

The property is in a nice quiet area and not overlooked by neighbours. Ample room for a family of ten to comfortably stay. Good location for the local supermarket and only a short drive (uber) to the old townmarina. The property is showing signs of age, wear and tear, that could do with a bit of modernising and tidying up. We found that 2 single beds pushed together as a double, a little uncomfortable, as one was hard and the other soft. No access via the front door made entering the property a little awkward with luggage. We managed to get the key stuck in the front gate and contacted the host who was very quick in sending someone out to fix for us. Overall a nice, quiet, relaxing stay and would recommend for a large family.

The property was in such a great location, so close to the local towns.

The rooms were huge and comfortable for a large group. Nice indoor and outdoor seating. The property was easy enough to find, but the property could do with a name on the front as it was difficult to tell which property we were going to. The amenities could have done with an update, such as a lot of the doors were broken (including front door) more cooking equipment (especially dinner trays), and the toilets didn’t flush properly. Could have definitely benefited from multiple sets of keys as only had one which needed to be shared amongst a group of 10 individuals (making it difficult if we all needed to go out at different times).

The property was as described. It was a little far from the centre and we tended to get taxi at approx 3euro. The facilities in the apartment were great. The floors in the apartment hadn’t been cleaned and we’re black, the pool floor hasn’t been cleaned as there was an apple core and glass on the floor. One of the outside chairs was damaged and shouldn’t have been left for people to use

Wir hatten nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt in diesem Haus. Das Haus ist riesig und die Ausstattung super. Der Pool ist sehr schön und groß. Es gibt ein paar kleinere und vielleicht auch etwas größere Dinge, die repariert werden sollten. Ich glaube für Gruppen, die tagsüber den Pool genießen wollen und abends losziehen ist es perfekt. Vielen Dank für die gute Kommunikation. Hallo, ich hoffe der Ball wurde gefunden. Wir haben ihn nicht. Wie schon gesagt, dass schlimmste waren die Scherben auf der Terrasse, in die mein Sohn gelaufen ist. Alles andere habe ich schon mitgeteilt. Alles Gute für Sie. Viele Grüße, Elisabeth
