Alegria sums up its name 'happiness' and who could not be in this spacious, modern 4 bedroom villa in the attractive area of El Madronal in Fanabe. You’ll be just a 5 minute drive from a great choice of restaurants and bars in Costa Adeje as well as Playa Fanabe Beach. The villa is beautifully finished with smart, high spec furnishings while the outside space is perfect for pure relaxation with sea and mountains views from your very own private pool. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge are included.
Villa Alegria is a detached villa ideally located in the area of Madronal within the popular resort of Costa Adeje. You’ll find the Commercial Centre Gran Sur within easy walking distance, with a host of restaurants and shops as well as a large supermarket. Or, 5 minutes’ drive will take you to the centre of Costa Adeje, with a plethora of restaurants, shops and bars plus 3 sandy beaches to choose from. Further afield, the lively resort of Las Americas is just over 10 minutes’ drive away.
