The Villa looked the same as the photos. All the rooms were of a good size, clean and tidy. The villa was well equipped and the view was superb. Fabio was an excellent host. We had a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this fabulous villa. It has amazing views and comes fully equipped and the mid week change of towels and bedding was a really nice touch. This villa is an immaculate property of the highest standard and very well equiped. From the large terrace there is a panoramic view of mountains and landscape down to the coast. The hosts were very friendly and helpful way beyond the call of duty.

A wonderful week

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Villa Evelyn. We have stayed in lots of villas and this was one of the best. Clean spacious and very well equipped. The pool and outside space is perfect for our grandchildren. Great communication with Fabio and he made everything so easy, even booking our taxi to the airport on our last day. We would highly recommend this Villa and hope to return one day. Thank you Fabio!

Relaxing stay with friends

Property & outside area was great, everything you need for a home from home experience. Only downside for us was trying to get taxi for 7 people had to wait over hour for it to arrive, no problem getting one back from main areas, eventually we realised easier to book 2 and wait time was considerably less. Davide the owner was on hand and most helpful when we arrived late and offered to drop us to supermarket and waited to drop us home. A great holiday home.

This is a fabulous villa, all amenities are catered for...lovely teak awning outside master bedroom..heated pool, bedrooms really tastefully decorated and the kitchen fully equipped. Fabio our host was second to none! He gave us advice on where to eat, places to visit and anything we needed help with. The location is between two towns, so its so peaceful at night, with wonderful views. It was such a pity to close up the electric garage for the last time and head to the airport! Gorgeous Villa with a great host!

Villa Evelyn is an exceptional villa, clean, spacious and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to have the perfect holiday. The view to the coast and the surrounding hills is wonderful and the outdoor space allows for both day and night time enjoyment. Fabio is an excellent host providing great local restaurant and shopping recommendations as well as things to do and see in Tenerife. Nothing was too much trouble for Fabio or Davide. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area so a car is required to get out and about. Thank you for a wonderful stay Fabio and thanks for the running route tips!

Fabulous villa, perfect hosts.

As a family of 5 with 3 older teenagers, 1 being an avid cyclist, we loved everything about the villa. It's in a lovely quiet location but within easy reach of anywhere on the island ie. shops, restaurants, volcano, cycling routes, waterpark, beaches, watersports etc. Car hire is the best option for getting around and very reasonably priced, the integrated garage making parking very easy. We spent lots of time around the pool area and terrace, with the amazing views it was the perfect spot for a glass of something nice in the evening. We did a mixture of eating out, ordering take out delivery from the Glovo app and cooking at the villa. The BBQ area around the back was a nice place to eat and the ping pong table was great fun for everyone. Inside is beautifully clean, spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. Fabio and Davide were the perfect hosts, all questions answered quickly and nothing too much trouble. Thank you for a wonderful holiday, we hope to be back!

Fab space and view

Excellent communication with the owner from start to finish. Villa is as described with the added bonus of the cleaner mid stay. Thank you. The villa is away from all the mass tourism venues and this is a relief as you can truly experience the local life. Having said that if you cannot resist karaoke bars or your perfect English breakie then tou are only a 15 min drive from it all! I would recommend renting a car as this means you can drive to the El Teide national park or visit the many farmer s market around or do some shopping in Santa Cruz. And the view......will return. Thanks Fabio!

Absolutely fabulous

A really beauitful villa with lovely views. A truly fantastic host, Davide showed us around and even took us to the supermarket for essentials. There was already a great welcome pack, tea bags, prosecco etc which was great. The villa is beauitful, plenty of different spaces to spread out and relax. The villa gets the sun all day and the pool was really refreshing- we requested it was heated which was great. Really lovely master suite and the other bedrooms and bathrooms were also lovely and everywhere was clean. Wifi was fabulous......We cooked a few times and did have a BBQ also. We didn't hire a car and you can walk into the local town and we tended to get taxis into playa de Las Americas €11 . We would definitely recommend and would look to stay here again.

Amazing ....

What can I say to Fabio, is an exceptional host, very friendly and helpful. his villa is spectacular with stunning views, a beautiful heated pool and plenty of space outside to enjoy in absolute confidentiality. Very nice to have breakfast outside in the hot sun of Tenerife, and evening dining under the stars, cooking good meat with barbecue. The villa is exactly as described, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a kitchen very well equipped and a beautiful dining room. You get to Los Cristianos and Las Americas in just 5 minutes by car, and in the immediate vicinity you can find a large supermarket for all needs. I want to thank Fabio for allowing us to celebrate our wedding anniversary in his beautiful home. THANK you soon. Monica

Fabulous villa in lovely location. Wonderful view

This is a wonderful villa. We stayed as a couple, and had loads of space. Whether saying as a couple, family or friends this villa comes highly recommended. 4 bedrooms 2 are ensuite, plus house bathroom and separate toilet. The outside space is amazing, As well as a pool there is a grassed area for play. A barbecue area, and lots of seating. Very private and great place for adults and children alike. Subject of course watching over children where the pool is concerned. But this is the same in most villas. The supermarkets were only a short drive away. And we could stock up for a few days at a time. The views were amazing. Fabio is a lovely person, he arranged to meet us on arrival to guide us to the villa, showed us round. It was a bit cool so we decided to ask for pool heating he arranged it speedily. Many thanks Fabio

Perfect for families with children of any age

Our stay was October half term with children aged 1,3,8,14 also with my parents age 65. The villa is set on the first floor which is perfect as it gets a lot of sun. The views are amazing and its in quite a central location with the El Teide volcano & the beach & Supermarket within a few minutes drive. The pool was the warmest pool we have ever come across in our 10 years of renting villas in Tenerife. The kids did not stop playing in it and I didnt see them shiver once! It was a small extra cost as it uses more electricity but well worth it. The sun loungers were comfortable and so were the beds. The pool was cleaned before we came and half way through our stay. We found that the dishwashing tablets, washing up liquid, clothes washing powder and comfort, Milk ,T-Bags Sugar were already supplied which was a MASSIVE HELP as we have always spent money on this stuff and then had to leave it behind. Also Fabio is fantastic! Nothing was too much trouble, even down to printing off boarding passes. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this villa and will certainly be coming back again!

Stay at villa Evelyn

Large villa and generally well equipped throughout. Great location, far away enough for from the hustle and bustle of the main tourist areas but only 15 mins away by car, if you fancied a night on the town. You do need a car, as no shops in walking distance but large supermarket is only 10 minutes away by car. There is a intergral double garage at the Villa but this is for cars only and it is height restricted, so larger vehicles (we had a 9 seater van) won’t fit, so will need to be parked up the road or outside on yellow lines if you are ok to risk it (we did with no issue as not a busy road) Minor points were that for a Villa of this size, it could do with better quality table ware and selection of glasses. The villa has been mostly updated but the main family bathroom is a bit tired and could do with a reform, to the same standard as the en suites, as bits are starting to fall off here and there. When things did break, the problem was fixed very quickly without question. The Villa could do with an information pack to explain things like wifi, tv instruction, place to visit and eat etc. Mariele the concierge was fantastic but we felt guilty having to trouble her each time with questions, when an information pack on site would have saved time. Overall, whilst this feedback highlights minor improvements, we did have a great stay and would recommend.

Pretty well perfect !

We have just spent two weeks at Villa Evelyn. I have been visiting Tenerife for 20 years and always stayed in hotels, but this time we just wanted to be free and away from people. We could not have chosen better for peace and space. My husband loved it so much he wanted to buy it ! Neither of us wanted to come home. The villa is much better than the photos, it is very light and spacious and easy to live in. The outside space is very generous and private, a sun trap. The pool is the icing on the cake. The views are amazing. Watching the planes come in and checking them on Flightradar24 .. Great fun. It's about 1/2 hour walk to La Camella and Cabo Blanco. La Camella doesn't seem to have a supermarket but CB has a Mercadona which has an excellent selection of food and wines. San Lorenzo is a 15 minute walk away with a good bakery and a small supermarket. We did hire a car but it mainly sat in the garage. We preferred to take the Titsa buses which are cheap and take you all over the island. You don't mind waiting for a bus when the sun is shining. Having English TV was a great bonus. Nights out are easy ... Take a bus to Cristianos, stroll to Americas, have a great dinner etc and a taxi home. And finally .... Fabio ! Darling Fabio ! So charming, so helpful, such an easy manner to make you welcome. Thank you so much. We will definitely come back, should we be able to get a vacant couple of weeks !

I am of Italian nationality and therefore speak fluent Italian and Spanish and also speak English and a bit of French.

My main priority is that you are happy and comfortable and that you create some unforgettable memories of your holiday in Tenerife. My villa is in an idyllic location situated in the heart of the residential area of La Florida.

Los Cristianos and Las Americas, where you can find lovely beaches, bars, coffee shops, restaurants, night clubs etc are only max. 10 minute driving away.

The Villa was completely refurbished in September 2023 with highest quality materials. Water pipes and electrical circuits are new and comply with European Law.

The Villa, which is fully air conditioned, enjoys private WI-FI optic fiber connection and the 65 inches smart TV receives all international TV channels.
